However, once inside the man's jam-packed barn, Mike finds two very rare bikes. One is a turn-of-the-century wood rim bicycle and the other, an even rarer 1880s high-wheeler. Can he keep a poker face and strike a deal? Also, Mike and Frank return to pick from Leland, the WWII vet in the Big Bear episode where they bought a sword and saddle. And finally, the guys catch a lucky break at a Birmingham vintage scooter shop. Even today ranchers and hikers report a monster they can't explain that may be attacking their horses. MonsterQuest will sift through the evidence and determine what may be killing the elk. The aerial search ascends to 11,000 ft in search of fresh evidence that could lead to the creature; as the ground team scales the side of Pikes Peak to hunt for the legendary Snowbeast. 9:00 PM-10:00 PM -- MonsterQuest - Sasquatch Attack II Something has been attacking a remote cabin in Northern Ontario, Canada--it may have left behind a blood trail. So keep your eye on the target, because you won't believe your eyes. 10:01 PM-12:00 AM -- Gangland - Wild Boyz A gritty, true-life series exposing the world of history's most notorious and dangerous gangs. ____________________________________________________ Saturday, June 5, 2010 ____________________________________________________ 8:00 PM-9:00 PM -- Ice Road Truckers - 20 - Highway Maggots With the sun beating down on the ice, the road is melting at an accelerating rate. This means that it's all hands on deck for the demobilization of the drilling sites at Langley and Mallik, which must be broken down and hauled away before they're swallowed up by Arctic waters. Northwind owner Kurt leaves his office behind and jumps into a truck to contribute to the effort. Kurt meets a convoy of "highway maggots" on the way and has nothing but choice words for this group of "scab" drivers from the south. Trucker Jim volunteers for a dangerous mission; he'll haul three sled trailers at once, carrying two diesel tanks and drilling supplies in one mega-load. With the close of the season in sight, Eric and Hugh continue to vie for the title "King of the Ice Road." Eric holds the lead for the moment, but Hugh is making a final push that might put him out in front. 9:00 PM-10:00 PM -- Ice Road Truckers - 21 - Man vs. Ice Rising temperatures are melting away the ice road, making it a dash to the finish line for the crew breaking down the Langely site. Every last piece of equipment must be transported down the ice to Inuvik before the Arctic waters reclaim the road. Hugh is hauling an unsteady load of heavy gauge cable, making his rig so back-heavy that he struggles to get traction on the slippery surface. One wrong move could spell disaster for Hugh, but also for rookie Devon, who makes his debut run at a time when the road is at its most fragile. 10:00 PM-12:00 AM -- Ice Road Truckers - 22 - The Big Thaw Warming temperatures are causing overflows all over the ice road, and with water rushing through cracks in the ice, hauling loads just got a lot more dangerous. Jody and Brett take on the challenge of removing the 66-ton derrick from the Langley site. The massive rig will have to be "two-trucked"--one truck will make the entire journey traveling backwards. Although maintenance crews create a detour around the overflow, Jody and Brett still need the help of a pilot car to navigate their double load along its winding turns. Forced to wait for the pilot car to arrive, the truckers sit with 200,000 pounds of dead weight on weakened ice, with freezing ocean water below. Hugh is hauling one of the only standard-sized loads of the day, so while everyone else is stuck driving at 15 mph, the Polar Bear is running full steam ahead. ____________________________________________________ Sunday, June 6, 2010 ____________________________________________________ 8:00 PM-9:00 PM -- Ice Road Truckers - Arctic Thaw As the final 72 hours of the Ice Road season tick away, legendary driver George Spears calls it a career, Lisa Kelly makes a harrowing 300-mile run with no brakes, the rivalry between Alex Debogorski and Hugh "The Polar Bear" Rowland comes down to the final load, and polar bears--real ones--shut down the Ice Road in front of Jack Jessee, as the "Dash for the Cash" comes down to the wire. 9:00 PM-10:00 PM -- Ice Road Truckers - Breaking Through Chronicling both the incredible challenges as well as the history of this fascinating region, the group of elite drivers head back to Alaska, 250 miles north of the Arctic Circle, and face their most difficult season on the ice. They include legendary Hugh Rowland, Alex Debogorski, the lady of the Ice Road, Lisa Kelly, and the reigning "King of the Haul Road" Jack Jesse, who won the "dash for cash" last season by completing the most loads. 10:00 PM-12:00 AM -- Top Shot - The Long Shot Sixteen skilled shooters arrive from around the country to live together, put their marksmanship skills to the test, and compete for the $100,000 prize and title of Top Shot. Divided into two teams, they face off in an obstacle course incorporating unfamiliar rifles from different eras. After a surprising mistake, two unlikely competitors compete in a long-distance sniper challenge that sends the first contestant home. Actor and adventurer Colby Donaldson hosts. ____________________________________________________ Monday, June 7, 2010 ____________________________________________________ 8:00 PM-8:30 PM -- Pawn Stars - Hell Week The Old Man has an opportunity to buy lost footage of legendary President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Can he muster the money for this 8mm piece of White House history or will this film end up on the cutting room floor? Then Rick considers buying a huge antique cast iron coffee grinder from the 1800's and a lunch box from the 1960's. And later Corey and Chumlee are challenged to compete in a parking lot obstacle course, designed just for them by the Old Man. 8:30 PM-10:00 PM -- Pawn Stars - Bow Legged The Pawn Stars are presented with one of most unique items to ever hobble its way into the shop--a pirate's peg leg. Will the gang gather up a sizable bounty for this rare piece of piracy lore, or will they be forced to walk the plank? Then Rick has a chance to buy a brand new, top of the line, archery bow.
