With all of the life and how much it can help us, rainforests are getting cut down every day. Each day, at least 2,000 miles of rainforests are cut down. With all of these trees being cut down, it has so many side effects. The first one is the loss of many animals loosing their homes. T hey cannot survive without the rainforests. This has caused thousands of animals to become endangered and some to become extinct. Another effect is that some people believe it might be a cause to global warming. With less trees to take in some of the unwanted chemicals, they all go to the atmosphere and it can raise the temperature some. Also, a lot of humans need these rainforests for food and supplies. |
