There are many reasons why rainforests are very important to the world. The first reason is that they are home to the most animals in the world. Without rainforests, there wouldn't be a place for them, and you'd see many more animals around places where humans live. Another reason is that we use some of the materials in the rainforests for medicine that we use everyday. Also, they help with photosynthesis and help with the atmosphere. The trees take in so much of the what we don't need and release things that we do need for our survival. Without them, we would not survive. However, with deforestation destroying so many rainforests, what will the future hold? |
