Belmont University shot a sizzling 61.8% from the field in a dominating performance in a 98-63 victory over Eastern Kentucky University.  Belmont shot 61.8% from the field including 13 of 26 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 17 of 25 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 17 Eastern Kentucky turnovers.  Eastern Kentucky shot 42.6% from the field including eight of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Colonels connected on nine of nine free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored four points off six Belmont turnovers.

Amanze Egekeze led Belmont University with 30 points including five three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Egekeze was 10 of 13 from the field including five of six from beyond the arc and five of nine free throws.  Dylan Windler added 16 points including six of six free throws and five rebounds.  Kevin McClain recorded 12 points, six rebounds, six assists, and four steals.  Tyler Hadden also scored 12 points.  Austin Luke added 11 points including three three point baskets and 10 assists.

Nick Mayo led Eastern Kentucky with 15 points, six rebounds, and two assists.  5-11 Sr. Dillon Avare added 12 points on four three point baskets.  Zach Charles recorded 11 points including seven of seven free throws and five rebounds.  DeAndre Dishman chipped in with 10 points, five rebounds, and two assists.

Madison Central continues their late season surge with an impressive 82-45 victory over Lexington Catholic.  Since January 19^th the Indians have went 7-1 with victories over Trinity, Ballard, and now Lexington Catholic with their only loss during this streak being a road loss 65-63 on a shot at the buzzer to Henry Clay.  Madison Central jumped on Lexington Catholic early and took a 27-13 lead after one quarter and led 47-30 at halftime buoyed by nine of 14 from beyond the arc in the first half.

Madison Central shot 56.4% from the field including 13 of 22 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on seven of seven from the free throw line, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 32.1% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Knights connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 17 Madison Central turnovers.

Dustin Geralds led a balanced Madison Central scoring attack with 21 points including four three point baskets, 10 rebounds, six assists, and two steals.  Isaiah Minter added 17 points including four three point baskets, three rebounds, seven assists, and four steals.  Jacori Miller recorded 16 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and four assists.  Isaiah Cozart chipped in with 12 points, seven rebounds, and 13 blocked shots.
