West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Brooks Ely, 6-3 Sr. Daulton Peters, 6-5 Jr. Dalton Crouse, 5-10 Sr. Lane Brooks, and 6-0 Sr. Will Henderson.  Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-2 Jr. Isaiah Johnson, 6-2 So. Cameron Thomas, 6-3 Jr. Sam Jones, 5-5 Jr. Kirkland Humphrey, and 6-1 Sr. DeMarcus George.

Madison Central defeated West Jessamine by a score of 84-81 in a game that had 10 ties and 10 lead changes.  Madison Central raced out to a 17-3 lead but West Jessamine rallied to take a 63-58 lead after three quarters.  Madison Central outscored West Jessamine 26-18 in the final quarter to earn the victory.  Madison central shot 48.5% from the field including one of nine from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 19 of 26 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 15 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 51.7% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 18 of 27 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored seven points off seven Madison central turnovers.

Sam Jones led a balanced Madison Central scoring attack with 20 points and 11 rebounds.  Cameron Thomas added 18 points, four rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  DeMarcus George chipped in with 14 points and five rebounds.  Isaiah Johnson and Kirkland Humphrey each scored 13 points.

Daulton Peters led West Jessamine with 38 points and 10 rebounds.  Brooks Ely added 13 points and 10 rebounds.  Will Henderson recorded 13 points and eight assists.  Dalton Crouse chipped in with seven points and nine rebounds.

Clay County defeated Madison Central by a score of 43-31.  Clay County was 18 of 35 from 2-point range and one of six from beyond the arc.  The Lady Tigers connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and committed 13 turnovers.  Madison Central was 10 of 36 from 2-point range and three of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Indians connected on two of four free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and committed 13 turnovers.

5-5 Jr. Ajaycia Cotton led Clay County with 14 points.  6-0 Jr. Courtney Woods added 11 points and six rebounds.  5-10 So. Kelli Roberts recorded 10 points and eight rebounds.

5-10 Jr. Raevin Cain led Madison Central with 10 points.  5-7 Sr. Haley Christian and 5-4 Fr. Abbey Hotchkiss added six and five points respectively.

Mason County coach Piper Lindsey started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Alivia Bierley, 5-9 Fr. Briana McNutt, 5-9 Jr. Cara Green, 5-9 Fr. Whitney O’Mara, and 5-9 Fr. Jordan Frodge.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Hannah Gadberry, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.

Lexington Catholic led 27-23 at halftime and shot a sizzling 83.3% from the field in the second half to pull away for a 59-46 victory over Mason County.  Lexington Catholic shot 58.8% from the field including eight of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 20 Mason County turnovers.  Mason County shot 39.5% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Royals connected on eight of 16 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 16 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Caroline Lynch led Lexington Catholic with 13 points including two three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Bailey Browning added 11 points including three three point baskets, three assists, and four steals.  Rachel Blake also scored 11 points including two three point baskets and four assists.  6-0 Fr. Mallie Cornett recorded 10 points on four of four from the field and two of three from the free throw line and blocked three shots.

Alivia Bierley led Mason County with 15 points and three steals.  Cara Green added 11 points, five rebounds, and four assists.  5-5 Sr. McKenzie Butler recorded eight points, five rebounds, and six assists.

Bryan Station led 35-25 with 3:25 left in the first half but Wayne County went on a 16-0 run to close out the half and take a 41-35 halftime lead.  Wayne County dominated in the second half to earn an 89-60 victory.  Wayne County shot 52.6% from the field including nine of 19 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on20 of 27 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 37.3% from the field including two of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored six points off four Wayne County turnovers.

Peyton Woods led Wayne County with 31 points including five three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Corey Stearns added 28 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, and four assists.  Trey Blevins chipped in with 11 points and five assists.  Jason Perkins recorded 11 points and four rebounds.

CJ Walker led Bryan Station with 17 points.  Daquice Allen added 10 points.  6-2 Sr. Marcellous Washington recorded eight points including two three point baskets and eight rebounds.

Paul L. Dunbar coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Darius Williams, 6-1 So. Justin Kelley, 6-2 Sr. Jordan Hurst, 6-0 Sr. Donnie Lewis, and 6-0 Fr. Taveion Hollingsworth.  East Jessamine coach Chris O’Bryan countered with 6-2 Jr. Ronnie Carson, 5-8 So. TJ Downey, 6-4 So. Avery Cox, 5-8 Jr. Hayden Smith, and 6-0 So. Camryn Jones.

McCreary Central had to pull out of this event due to weather and Paul Laurence Dunbar took their place and captured a thrilling 80-78 victory over East Jessamine.  Dunbar trailed by five points with a little more than a minute left on the clock but finished the game with a 7-0 run to earn the victory.  Taveion Hollingsworth cut the deficit to two; 78-76 on an old fashioned three point play (field goal and free throw) and Troy Black tied the score at 78-78 on a steal and layup with 40 seconds remaining on the clock.  East Jessamine missed two free throws and Troy Black scored on a put back basket with four seconds remaining on the clock to make the score 80-78.  East Jessamine missed a field goal attempt at the buzzer for the tie.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 23 points.  Donnie Lewis added 17 points.  6-0 Sr. Troy Black and Taveion Hollingsworth chipped in with 13 and 11 points respectively.

Ronnie Carson led East Jessamine with 26 points.  Hayden Smith added 20 points.  Camryn Jones and TJ Downey chipped in with 14 and 10 points respectively.

Bereisha Gill, 5-5 Sr. Maddison Stollings, and 5-7 Jr. Sarah Rainwater.

East Jessamine broke open a close game in the final quarter to defeat Burgin by a score of 84-65.  The Lady Jaguars outscored Burgin 28-14 in the final eight minutes.  Sarah Rainwater led East Jessamine with 26 points.  Emma Young added 18 points despite limited playing time due to foul woes.  Bereisha Gill recorded 16 points, all in the second half.

Summer Burke led Burgin with 28 points as she managed to get to the rim and spent all day at the free throw line.  Liz Marcinek added 22 points.

Lafayette defeated Lincoln County by a score of 66-61.  Lafayette shot 44.2% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on 15 of 26 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 20 Lincoln County turnovers.  Lincoln County shot 36% from the field including seven of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Patriots connected on 18 of 22 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Lafayette turnovers.

Dee Givens led Lafayette with 34 points including three three point baskets, six rebounds, four assists, and seven steals.  Ashanti Thomas added 12 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Ken’yale Demus chipped in with eight points.  Kiara Pankins recorded six points and nine rebounds.

Tiandra Hocker led Lincoln County with 17 points and eight rebounds.  Spencer Sims added 16 points including three three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Cristin Hall chipped in with 13 points including two three point baskets.

Montgomery County’s 6-0 Sr. Blake Thomas nailed a three point basket in the closing seconds to tie the score at 63-63 and force overtime.  Montgomery County outscored West Jessamine 8-3 in overtime to earn a 71-66 victory.  There were eight lead changes and seven ties in this game.  West Jessamine led 25-15 in the second quarter and 49-44 after three quarters but Montgomery County rallied for the victory.

Montgomery County shot 46.3% from the field including five of 16 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on only four of 14 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 47.6% from the field including five of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 21 of 29 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 14 Montgomery County turnovers.

Bryan Wallace led Montgomery County with 22 points including two three point baskets and six rebounds.  Xavier Piersawl added 19 points, six rebounds, and four steals.  Darius Jones recorded 18 points and three steals.  Deante Cisero recorded six points and nine rebounds and Chase Hall pulled down seven rebounds.

Daulton Peters led West Jessamine with 23 points including three three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Will Henderson added 15 points including two three point baskets.  Dalton Crouse recorded nine points and nine rebounds.  Brooks Ely chipped in with eight points and four rebounds.  6-2 So. Maggie Colley, 5-4 Jr. Ashley Johnson, and 5-4 Jr. Gretchen Samsel.

Raven Merriweather hit two free throws in the closing seconds to give Sacred Heart a 39-37 victory over Assumption.  There were seven lead changes and two ties in this game and Assumption held a 24-13 lead in the third quarter but Sacred Heart outscored the Rockets 26-13 the rest of the game.  Sacred Heart shot 25% from the field including five of 27 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 21 Assumption turnovers.  Sacred Heart attempted 21 more shots (56-35) from the field than Assumption.  Assumption shot 40% from the field including one of four from beyond the arc.  The Rockets connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored two points off nine Sacred Heart turnovers.

Ashley Johnson led Sacred Heart with 12 points including three three point baskets.  DaiJia Ruffin added 11 points, five rebounds, four blocked shots, and five steals.  Raven Merriweather recorded eight points, 10 rebounds, and four steals.

Nora Kiesler led Assumption with 18 points and 16 rebounds.  Cassidy Janes added five points.  Leah Mattingly chipped in with four points and six rebounds.

Simon Kenton coach Jeff Stowers started the following lineup: 5-5 Sr. Sarah Tomlin, 5-5 Sr. Christina Cook, 6-0 Sr. Rachel Cox, 5-3 Sr. Abby Owings, and 5-2 Sr. Mackenzie Hester.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 5-9 Fr. Lauren Boehm, 5-7 Sr. Danielle DeFoor, 6-0 Sr. Tereka Guyn, 5-3 7th grader Juliette Smith, and 5-5 Sr. Audriana Christopher.

Simon Kenton defeated Scott County by a score of 69-62 in a game that had five lead changes and six ties.  Simon Kenton shot 32.2% from the field including five of 18 from the three point line.  The Lady Pioneers connected on 26 of 34 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 20 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 45.8% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 14 of 28 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored six points off four Simon Kenton turnovers.

Abby Owings led Simon Kenton with 23 points including two three point baskets and nine of 10 from the free throw line.  Christina Cook added 10 points and six rebounds.  Rachel Cox and Sarah Tomlin each recorded 10 points and five rebounds.

Tereka Guyn led Scott County with 16 points and 11 rebounds.  Audriana Christopher added 13 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists.  6-0 Sr. Iman Guy chipped in with nine points and eight rebounds.  Lauren Boehm recorded nine points and six rebounds.  Danielle DeFoor also recorded nine points including two three point baskets.

Henry Clay defeated Knox Central by a score of 37-25.  Henry Clay’s defense forced 28 Knox Central turnovers tonight and the Lady Panthers were limited to 20 shots from the field.  Henry Clay shot 29.3% from the field including zero of four from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 13 of 25 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 28 Knox Central turnovers.  Knox Central shot 35% from the field including six of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Panthers connected on five of 14 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored four points off 12 Henry Clay turnovers.

T’Laya Lyvers led Henry Clay with 10 points and six steals.  Hannah Young added eight points.  Kamari Boyd pulled down nine rebounds.

Cassi Hale led Knox Central with nine points on three three point baskets.  Taylor Patterson added six points on two three point baskets.  Tyra McNeil recorded four points, four rebounds, and two blocked shots.

Roncalli coach Stan Benge started the following lineup: 6-1 So. Lindsey Corsaro, 6-0 Sr. Sam Bolen, 6-1 Sr. Elizabeth Bowers, 5-5 Fr. Paige Saylor, and 5-5 Sr. Kellie Kirkhoff.  Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 6-2 So. Erin Boley, 5-8 Jr. Darien Huff, 6-2 Jr. Reauna Cleaver, 5-7 So. Rachel Warden, and 5-9 Jr. Livie Bowling.

Elizabethtown took an early lead and was never threatened in a 52-39 victory over Roncalli.  Elizabethtown shot 40.8% from the field including four of eight from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Roncalli turnovers.  Roncalli shot 24.5% from the field including two of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Rebels connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored nine points off 14 Elizabethtown turnovers.

Erin Boley came up big for Elizabethtown today with 24 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals.  Darien Huff, Rachel Warden, and 5-5 Fr. Jada Stinson each recorded six points.  Livie Bowling and Reauna Cleaver pulled down seven and six rebounds respectively.

Lindsey Corsaro led Roncalli with 13 points and 10 rebounds.  Kellie Kirkhoff also scored 13 points.  Elizabeth Bowers added nine points.

Logan James.  Elizabethtown coach James Haire countered with 6-4 Jr. Zach Patterson, 5-10 Sr. Ryan Harris, 6-6 Sr. Dominique Harding, 6-0 Sr. Nic McDonald, and 6-1 Sr. Ja’Von Cotton.

The score was tied 31-31 after three quarters but Elizabethtown outscored Barr-Reeve 20-9 in the final quarter to earn a 51-40 victory.  Elizabethtown shot 43.2% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line.  The Panthers connected on 15 of 19 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 16 Barr-Reeve turnovers.  Barr-Reeve shot 39% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Vikings connected on six of seven free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored seven points off six Elizabethtown turnovers.

Ja’Von Cotton led Elizabethtown with 18 points including three three point baskets.  Nic McDonald added 11 points and four assists.  Ryan Harris chipped in with nine points.

Addison Wagler led Barr-Reeve with 22 points and six rebounds.  Micah Bullock added 13 points including two three point baskets.  Duncan Roy pulled down eight rebounds.

Covington Catholic outscored Corydon Central 16-4 in the second quarter to take a 24-18 lead on their way to a 63-43 victory.  Covington Catholic shot 48% from the field including four of 12 from the three point line.  The Colonels connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 17 Corydon Central turnovers.  Corydon Central shot 41.9% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  The Panthers connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 16 Covington Catholic turnovers.

Nick Ruthsatz led Covington Catholic with 19 points, four rebounds, seven assists, and four steals.  Bo Schuh added 15 points and Mark Schult chipped in with 12 points and nine rebounds.  Cole VonHandorf recorded six points and eight rebounds.

Bronson Kessinger led Corydon Central with 15 points and five rebounds.  Mitchell Frederick added 12 points and four rebounds.

Park Tudor defeated Hopkinsville in overtime by a score of 90-83 in a game that had five lead changes and five ties.  Park Tudor shot 37.5% from the field including eight of 29 from the three point line.  They connected on 14 of 25 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 18 Hopkinsville turnovers.  Hopkinsville shot 50% from the field including four of 20 from beyond the arc.  They connected on only 17 of 39 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 16 Park Tudor turnovers.

Trevon Bluiett led Park Tudor with 40 points including three three point baskets and 12 rebounds.  Bryce Moore added 13 points, five rebounds, and five steals.  Alex Mack chipped in with 10 points including three three point baskets.  6-8 Jr. Evan Frank recorded 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Quan Poindexter led Hopkinsville with25 points and 14 rebounds.  Poindexter was 11 of 14 from the field and three of four from the free throw line.  Tra Edwards added 24 points and 10 rebounds.  Jaqualis Matlock recorded 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Ballard defeated Guerin Catholic by a score of 75-72 in a game that had eight lead changes and four ties.  Ballard shot 48.2% from the field including eight of 18 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 10 Guerin Catholic turnovers.  Guerin Catholic shot 62.8% from the field including four of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Golden Eagles connected on 14 of 24 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored six points off five Ballard turnovers.

Kelan Martin led Ballard with 21 points and five rebounds.  Quentin Snider added 20 points including three three point baskets.  Malik Dow chipped in with 13 points.  Jalen Perry recorded 12 points including three three point baskets.

Aaron Brennan led Guerin Catholic with 29 points and seven rebounds.  Matt Holba added 18 points and five assists.  Christian Munson chipped in with 11 points.  Whit Rapp recorded six points, six rebounds, and nine assists.

John Hardin utilized their outside shooting to capture a close 73-70 victory over Larue County tonight.  John Hardin connected on 26 of 54 field goals including nine of 25 from beyond the arc.  They connected on nine of 20 free throws and pulled down 31 rebounds.  Larue County connected on 20 of 43 field goals including one of eight from beyond the arc.  They connected on 29 of 37 from the free throw line and pulled down 33 rebounds.

5-5 So. Emily Bohannon led John Hardin with 19 points including five three point baskets.  5-6 Sr. Tajah Haley added 14 points and six rebounds.  5-7 Jr. D’Lnara White also recorded 14 points.

5-10 Jr. Alexis Brewer led Larue County with 27 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and three steals.  6-1 Sr. Ivy Brown added 22 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and two steals.  5-10 Jr. Alyson Yingling recorded 15 points and seven rebounds.
