Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following linrup: 5-11 Sr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Sr. Kia Sivils, 6-0 So. Kristen Clemons, 5-6 Jr. Ashlee Harris, and 5-7 Sr. Kiki Samsel.  Jeffersonville (IN) coach Michael Warren countered with 6-0 So. Nan Garcia, 5-7 Jr. Tori Handley, 6-3 Sr. Britney Epperson, 5-0 So. Kelsie James, and 5-5 Jr. Jasmine Lilly.

Sacred Heart Academy trailed 35-21 in the second quarter but rallied to defeat Jeffersonville (IN) 64-55.  Sacred Heart was six of 10 from beyond the arc in the second half.  Sacred Heart shot 44.7% from the field including eight of 17 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 14 of 20 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 20 Jeffersonville (IN) turnovers.  Jeffersonville (IN) shot 42.9% from the field including six of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Red Devils connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 10 points off nine Sacred Heart Academy turnovers.

Grace Berger led Sacred Heart Academy with 14 points and four steals.  5-5 So. Erin Toller added 13 points, six rebounds, and four steals.  Kiki Samsel recorded 12 points on four three point baskets.  Kia Sivils chipped in with eight points.  Kristen Clemons added six points and six rebounds.

Nan Garcia led Jeffersonville (IN) with 17 points and six rebounds.  Tori Handley added 12 points including two three point baskets, three assists, and three steals.  5-9 Sr. Jacinta Gibson recorded 10 points including three three point baskets.  Jasmine Lilly added eight points, seven rebounds, and six assists.  Britney Epperson pulled down 10 rebounds.
