Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Dee Givens, 5-9 Jr. Aisha Conwell, 6-4 Sr. Ashanti Thomas, 5-3 So. Lataya Winn, and 6-0 So. Kiara Pankins.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Nick Cann countered with 5-10 Sr. Hayley Strunk, 5-8 Fr. Payton Rodgers, 5-10 Sr. Claire Panter, 5-4 Jr. Hannah Sue Hartley, and 5-8 So. Sydney Weeks.

Lafayette defeated Lexington Christian Academy by a score of 54-39.  Lafayette shot 39.3% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on five of five free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 28.3% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Lafayette turnovers.

Dee Givens led Lafayette with 21 points including four three point baskets and three steals.  Kiara Pankins added 11 points and seven rebounds.  Ashanti Thomas recorded 10 points, 12 rebounds, and five blocked shots.

Hannah Sue Hartley led LCA with 16 points including three three point baskets and five assists.  Sydney Weeks added 12 points and five rebounds.  Claire Panter recorded six points and seven rebounds.
