Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Hannah Gadberry, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.  George Rogers Clark coach Robbie Graham countered with 6-0 Jr. Sandra Skinner, 5-10 So. Sydney Anderson, 6-1 Sr. Maddie Hamlin, 5-5 Sr. Lexxus Graham, and 5-8 Jr. Paige Taylor.

George Rogers Clark defeated Lexington Catholic by a score of 73-62.  Lexington Catholic led 25-24 at halftime but George Rogers Clark outscored Lexington Catholic 49-37 after the intermission.  George Rogers Clark shot 49.1% from the field including seven of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 14 of 21 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  GRC held a 13-3 advantage in second effort points.  Lexington Catholic shot 43.9% from the field including 10 of 20 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on 16 of 20 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 12 points off eight GRC turnovers.

Lexxus Graham led GRC with 19 points including four three point baskets, four assists, and four steals.  Sandra Skinner added 12 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists.  Maddie Hamlin chipped in with 12 points and eight rebounds.  Sydney Anderson recorded eight points and six assists.  Paige Taylor and 5-6 Jr. Katlynn Williams also scored eight points each.

Bailey Browning led Lexington Catholic with 19 points including five three point baskets and eight assists.  Rachel Blake added 15 points including eight of eight free throws.  Suzanne Miller and 5-6 Jr. Tori Pippen each scored eight points and Hannah Gadberry pulled down seven rebounds and dished out four assists.
