Berea coach Jennifer Cornette started the following lineup: 5-9 Fr. Alex Horn, 5-6 Sr. Chase Fain, 5-11 Jr. Victoria Sexton, 5-2 Fr. Jordan Sanderfur, and 5-6 Sr. Miranda Montgomery.  Sayre coach Scott Sutton countered with 5-7 Sr. Grace Rahman, 5-7 Fr. Sydney Strup, 6-3 Jr. Gabby Bowie, 5-2 So. Hannah Brady, and 5-7 Sr. Molly Manella.

Sayre defeated Berea by a score of 51-38.  Sayre shot 53.8% from the field including one of five from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 12 Berea turnovers.  Berea shot 41.5% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Pirates connected on three of five free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 17 Sayre turnovers.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 14 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Molly Manella added 14 points and three rebounds.  5-0 8^th grader Dee Dee Wheeler chipped in with nine points.

Chase Fain and Jordan Sanderfur led Berea with 11 points each.  Sanderfur also dished out five assists.
