Madison Central defeated Franklin County by a score of 89-67.  Madison Central took a 26-13 first quarter lead and Franklin County was never able to get back in the game.  Madison Central shot 48.2% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 32 of 40 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 22 Franklin County turnovers.  Franklin County shot 40.8% from the field including one of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 24 Madison Central turnovers.  Franklin County held a 45-10 advantage on bench scoring.

6-1 Jr. Dominique Hawkins led Madison Central with 26 points including 14 of 18 free throws and five steals.  6-5 Jr. Quan Taylor added 18 points and 10 rebounds.  6-1 Sr. John O’Bryan chipped in with 15 points and six rebounds.  6-1 Jr. Ken-Jah Bosley added 12 points.  6-6 Sr. Hunter Allen recorded eight points and eight rebounds.

6-2 So. Lorenzo McCaskill led Franklin County with  20 points on 10 of 16 from the field.  5-11 So. Rylan Rowe added 18 points.
