Paul L. Dunbar coach Sarah Van Horn started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Morgan McEldowney, 5-10 Jr. LaKeena Parks, 6-2 So. Brooke Todd, 5-2 Jr. Jordin Fender, and 5-2 Jr. Kierra Muhammad. Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 6-0 8th grader Erin Boley, 5-10 Sr. Darian Ditto, 6-1 Fr. Reaunna Cleaver, 5-11 Sr. Kaylyn Cecil, and 5-7 Jr. Anna Bowling.
Paul L. Dunbar recorded an impressive 73-66 road win over a good Elizabethtown squad tonight. Dunbar shot 48.3% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 14 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 Elizabethtown turnovers. Elizabethtown shot 29.7% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc. The Lady Panthers connected on 17 of 25 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored eight points off 16 Dunbar turnovers.
Jordin Fender led Dunbar with 22 points, six rebounds, and two steals. Kierra Muhammad added 14 points. Brooke Todd recorded 13 points, 12 rebounds, and eight blocked shots.
Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 17 points and eight rebounds. Darian Ditto added 12 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Kaylyn Cecil chipped in with 11 points. Reaunna Cleaver recorded nine points and nine rebounds.
