Menifee County coach Tim Swartz started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Steven Warren, 6-0 Sr. Ethan Hunt, 6-0 Jr. Josh Williams, 5-7 So. Drew Swartz, and 6-1 Sr. Keenan Hacker.  Sayre coach Ted Hall countered with 6-1 Jr. Reid Freeman, 6-2 Jr. Philip O’Rourke, 6-3 Sr. Griffin Patterson, 5-10 Sr. Cabot Haggin, and 5-9 So. Mike Smith.

Sayre defeated Menifee County by a score of 82-68.  Sayre shot 49% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on 25 of 35 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Menifee County turnovers.  Menifee County shot 39.1% from the field including eight of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Wildcats connected on 10 of 23 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 17 Sayre turnovers.

Mike Smith led Sayre with 23 points.  Reid Freeman added 19 points including four three point baskets.  Cabot Haggin added 17 points including 10 of 10 free throws.  Griffin Patterson also reached double figures with 10 points.  6-6 So. Ray Brewer came off the bench to score seven points and pull down 11 rebounds.

6-0 Jr. Shawn Welch came off the bench to lead Menifee County with 24 points including four three point baskets.  Drew Swartz added 10 points.
