Contract of Consensual Ownership

* The purpose of this instrument is to:

1. State the full mutual consent of the undersigned in regards to this relationship.
2. Explain the responsibilities and duties of both Master / Mistress and submissive.
3. Define safewords and safesigns and their use.
4. Explain the use of punishment.
5. Foster a greater sense of communication between respective parties.

This contract is in no way legally binding, and is meant only as an aid to better understanding of the needs, duties and responsibilities of Master / Mistress and submissive.

I, NAME OF SUBMISSIVE, hereinafter referred to as submissive, do of my own free will, and being of sound mind and body, hereby offer myself in consensual submissivery to NAME OF MASTER / MISTRESS, hereinafter referred to as NAME OF MASTER / MISTRESS FOR THE DURATION OF THE SCENE, for the period beginning at my arrival at LOCATION OF SCENE on TIME OF ARRIVAL, DATE OF ARRIVAL and ending at the time of my departure on TIME OF DEPARTURE, DATE OF DEPARTURE.

Either party only in the event of breach of contract may terminate this agreement at any time before the above named date. On the above named date this agreement will be reviewed, negotiated and rewritten or terminated.

* Provisions of Contract *

1. Submissive agrees to obey to the best of her/his ability, and to devote herself/himself entirely to the pleasure and desires of Master / Mistress. Submissive also renounces all rights to her/his own pleasure, comfort, or gratification except insofar as permitted by Master / Mistress. Master / Mistress agrees to learn what excites submissive through exploration and communication and try to incorporate this into the relationship.
2. Master / Mistress accepts full responsibility of submissive. This includes but is not limited to: submissive's survival, health, physical well being, and mental well being. Submissive accepts full responsibility for informing Master / Mistress of any real or perceived dangers or safety concerns, but also states that Master / Mistress's decision will be final regarding these issues. Master / Mistress agrees that submissive will not be punished for respectfully stating these concerns. Master / Mistress further agrees to listen to submissive's concerns with a clear and open mind. Master / Mistress shall not to inflict physical harm upon submissive which might require the attention of someone outside relationship.
3. Submissive agrees at all times to make her/his body readily available to Master / Mistress for his/her use. Submissive will have hair washed and brushed in the style Master / Mistress prefers at all times. Submissive agrees to wear any and all clothing Master / Mistress picks, subject to the use of the safeword or safe sign as veto. Submissive also agrees that she/he will not wear any clothing at all should it be the desire of Master / Mistress.
4. Submissive agrees to accept the responsibility of using a safeword when necessary. Submissive acknowledges that her/his safeword is "AGREED WORD HERE" and safe signal is "X" (index and middle fingers crossed). Master / Mistress accepts the responsibility of assessing situations where submissive calls safeword or uses the safe sign and will stop all activity entirely. Master / Mistress agrees not to punish submissive for the use of a safeword or safe signal.
5. Submissive agrees to answer any and all questions asked by Master / Mistress freely, promptly, and to the best of her/his knowledge. Submissive further agrees to volunteer any information that Master / Mistress should know regarding submissive's physical or emotional state. Master / Mistress agrees to never use this information to harm submissive in any way.
6. Submissive agrees to furnish all toys such as vibrators, etc. Master / Mistress agrees to furnish all and any binding materials such as silk straps, clothing specifically required by the Master / Mistress and other materials. The Master / Mistress agrees to offer the submissive the use of the safeword or safe sign before utilising any new item or toy provided by the Master / Mistress. Submissive agrees to clean and maintain all toys, have them available for Master / Mistress's use at all times, and inform Master / Mistress of any needed repairs or replacements.
7. Submissive states that her/his limits are, but are not limited to: { Your Limits here } . Master / Mistress agrees to never violate these limits without prior negotiation of, and consent by, submissive.
8. Master / Mistress and submissive both agree to utilise no alcohol or drugs of any kind during a scene.
9. Submissive agrees to address Master / Mistress as "Master / Mistress" unless otherwise directed. Submissive agrees to speak respectfully to Master / Mistress at all times, including times not spent in a scene. Master / Mistress may address submissive in any way he so chooses..
10. Master / Mistress agrees to furnish submissive with a symbolic token of ownership . Submissive agrees to wear this symbol during the term of this contract, except when Master / Mistress states to do so would be inappropriate or would non-consensually involve others.
11. Submissive agrees and understands that any infractions of this agreement, or any act submissive commits, which displeases Master / Mistress will result in punishment. Submissive will gracefully accept punishment and try to learn from it. Submissive agrees to assemble the punishment materials as ordered by Master / Mistress and assume any reasonable position needed to accept the punishment, subject to the use of the safeword or safesign. Submissive understands that failure to comply with Master / Mistress's orders will result in a more severe punishment. Master / Mistress will inform submissive that she/he is being punished when punishment occurs. Master / Mistress will explain the reason for punishment either before, during, or following punishment. Master / Mistress agrees to discipline only out of a desire to better the submissive, and further agrees to never punish out of, or during, feelings of anger.
12. It is understood and agreed that submissive's family must always come first above her/his commitment to her Master / Mistress.
