THE WARHAWK MUSEUM
Caldwell Idaho Airport

Driving down the freeway from Nampa to Caldwell, Idaho, you see The P40 Warhawk Museum. When you are abreast of the museum, which is right next to the freeway, you have five miles to go to get to the place. It’s worth the drive.

This is the exterior of the museum, which is a hangar right on the airport. The pictures here are only part of the story. There are four or more planes in this building including a Fokker Tri-Plane replica, two P40 Warhawks and one P51 Mustang.

In addition to the planes, there are tons of WWII memorabilia. This is a very entertaining and educational place. Spend a couple of hours there even though it is in a fairly small hangar.
