The bathroom was completely gutted. All the fixtures were not only removed, the toilet and sink were moved. A poorly built, doorless closet that prevented the bathroom door from fully opening was removed. The vinyl shower was removed to reveal a long forgotten window. The walls and the plumbing was also ripped out. So was the rotten patchwork of misaligned plywood that made up the floors.

We installed a new whirlpool bath, tiled the shower and the floors, put in a pedestal sink and a new toilet. New sconce lighting was added. The new bathroom feels so much more spacious without the closet and with the window uncovered and all the gleaming white surfaces.
