The Command Staff is the group that actually runs the ship. The Command Staff consists of the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and all of the department heads.

Officer in Command, 108th Starfleet Marine Strike Group: Colonel Jason Schreck

Chief Medical Officer and Command Personnel Officer: Captain Mary Ann Winsley

Chief of Services: Commander Eric VanArsdale

Chief Sciences Officer: Lieutenant Commander Becca Ostman

Chief Engineering Officer: Acting Lieutenant Thomas Chalmers

The Junior Staff consists of several positions such as Chief of Communications, Command Personnel Officer, the Assistant Department Heads, and the Acting Ensign who works as assistant to the Commandant of the Cadets. These people back up the Command Staff.
