Gem of the Week

Welcome to a semi-weekly feature here at USN, where we reckognize a classic game that has been forgotten or overlooked altogether. Our second game is...

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons

I know what you're saying, that game isn't even out yet!

Never fear, because the game is out in japan, and if any game is released anywhere, that means you can get a rom for it! So i found it, and although i can't tell what anyone is saying to my character, who i named "squiggle mark, squiggly line, squiggle mark" you can play the game, and it is quite good. The graphics are good, and the play is fun, and you can play through the whole game and learn the puzzles to prepare for the us version without being spoiled to the plot because everything is in SQUIGGLE MARKS! The reason that im reccomending Seasons over its counterpart Oracle of Ages is because Ages is more text/puzzle based, whereas Seasons is more action oriented.

You can get started on finding the roms and get the best gameboy emulator, REW, here.

And if you are having problems finding your way around, try GameFAQs (theres a guide that even tells you what answers to pick!) here

Highly reccomended.
