Ok i'm starting to get a little bored.. what would u guys like to see added or changed about the page?? i'd love to hear your suggestions. My goal is to make it a better site for all. Also, if u have any ideas for polls, strategy tips u want to share, jokes, links u think i'd like, plz send them in. SCM Of The Week
Eruption is the new map released by Blizzard. It's a 128x128 Ash World map, with twisting cliffs and magma pools. Recommended for 4-8 Players. Use Map Settings for allied play (odd vs. even) For more info go here or just download it now !

OGR has a first look at whats new in HoMM3. Expect 8 new towns and castles, 16 different hero types, and over 100 units, improved graphics and multiplayer components, and rebuilt the mission editor. A computer program has shown for the first time how the universe grew and evolved from a flat and boring waste to the colorful expanse of stars and galaxies we know today. The team, known as the Virgo Consortium, are delighted with the program, which confirms the laws of physics as defined by Einstein and Newton are right. ``We told it about general relativity and gravity, that kind of stuff,'' Frenk said. ``We said 'go away and tell us what happens when you mix those two', and the computer comes back and says, 'here I made a universe for you'.'' The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences recently announced the winners of the first ever AIAS Awards. Starcraft won Computer Entertainment Title of the Year and tied with Age of Empires for Strategy Game of the Year. This should make Blizz happy :)New Strat Tips

Blizzard announced changes to the ladder system today. Highlights below or you can read the entire announcement here. #5 has info on the patch status and Blizzards plans to deal with cheating.
The #1 player was Villert from Denmark and he wins some pretty kick stuff :a Zerg collector's edition box signed by the Starcraft development team, Starcraft

Mark at StarHack. has released the source code to version 0.2 of Bnetd, the Battle.net-compatible server (OS Linux). This is a complete rewrite and chatting is now possible, but not game play (though it should be soon). Download it from the Files section at StarHack.

The Ladder was reset today and caused b.net to be down for 2 hours. So if u couldn't get on earlier today, that's probably why... Lucky me got in a game b4 it happened so i still got my SC fix :) Thanks for the game guys, i enjoyed it! still can't believe no one was dropped :)
