Saiyan Powers
Oorazu Rank1- 50 Cp. Doubles Power ( this is the uncontroled version )
Oorazu Rank2- 100 Cp. Same as Rank1 ( controled version )
Near Death Bonus- 70 Cp.Workes anytime a Saiyan is dropped into Red health status & be under 10 Hp.
Saiyan Rage- 50 Cp. Temporarily doubles power. Will + D10 Combat Rounds.
Super Saiyan- 200 Cp.Power increases 2.5x, lasts for Will combat rounds then a 1/10 power maintnence cost
is applyed and a Will check is made to maintain SS state. Every time SS is attained and a Will check is passed the Maintenence power cost is reduced.
Super Saiyan 2- 200 Cp. 3.5x Power
Super Saiyan 3- 200 Cp. 4.5x Power
Super Saiyan 4- 200 Cp. 5.5x Power( it is my belief that the ss4 in gt is not the true ss4 it is just the last form of the Oorazu and it will be treated as such in this game. )
Gold Oorazu- 200 Cp.Gain Power multiplyer of both Oorazu and the largest SS state currently bought.
Ultimate Oorazu- 200 Cp. 8x Power( the final ss form goku took in gt )
Fusion- 300 Cp. ( requires another that knows this as well )
Namek Powers
Stretch- 5 Cp./ Rank ( this allows you to reach up to 1move X rank in meters to reach an enemy. )
Awareness- 5 Cp. ( gain a +4 bonus on all listen and spot checks )
Twin Form Rank1- 30 Cp.( temporary )
Twin Form Rank2- 30 Cp.( can be made perminent )
Regeneration- 30 Cp. May only be used on severed limbs or impaled areas.
Absorbtion/Fusion Rank1- 75 Cp.( temporary )

Regeneration Rank3- 100 Cp.( must be completly destroyed, nothing left, for this not to work.Also you gain back Hp every round with no need for Power use.)

Multi-Image- 50 Cp. ( each rank of Bukuu-jutsu adds 1 illusionary image of you to confuse opponent. )

Ki Attack options
Accurate- 10 Cp./ Rank. 1Rank = +1 to Hit
Area Effect- 1 Cp./ Rank. 1Rank = 1 Move Radius
Aura- 50 Cp. Takes effect when character touches you.
Burning- 100 Cp./ Rank. 1Rank allows character to hit opponent for 1/2 as much damage as was origionally done. No attack rolls
required it automaticly hits.( Power must be spent to get damage ) For each Rank in the ability it can be used the next X combat rounds.
Flexable- 20 Cp. attack is harder do block normally -2 to block attack. ( mostly used to immitate a whip like attack )
Homing- 75 Cp./ Rank. For each 1Rank you may( if you missed the first time ) retry your attack roll each new combat round.
Armor Piercing/ Deadly Effect- 300 Cp. For every -1 to hit with the attack you take subtract 10 from opponents shield or defence.
Tangle- 50 Cp. + 20 Cp./ Rank. For Rank1 the Strength test required to break the tangle is 20. Plus 5 to the difficulty for every
Rank above 1. ( melee only )
Bending- 10 Cp./ Rank. 1Rank allows the attack to turn up to 90 degrees.
Delay- 5 Cp./ Rank. 1Rank allows the attack to go off 1 combat round later if you so wish.
Stunning- 50 Cp. + 10 Cp./ Rank.
Flare- 50 Cp. + 10 Cp./ Rank.
Illusionary Power- 50 Cp. ( must have sense & hide power ability ) For every 5% increase or decrease in power your opponent gains a +1 bonus to sense the
illusion.
Knock Back- 1 Cp./ Rank. For each 1Rank the attack does an additional 1 Move KB to opponent.
Desintigration- 300 Cp. Negates Regeneration ability against damage from this attack.
