‘LIFE IS HARD, AND SO AM I’.
So goes one of the most relevant song lyrics for me at the moment. Wow, it has been FAR more than a week since my last update- more like a month. Well, I’m sure no-one outside the team reads this…maybe I should get a dedicated counter for this page, just to check. Anyways, my personal life has gone through some shit that I believe goes by the name of ‘Coursework Deadlines’. Obviously the key word is ‘DEAD’, but that never scared me before. It did last week. Christ….never EVER let coursework fall behind at A-level, man. Especially if you are taught at my school by Mr. Guest. What an arse. But he gets us the grades but regularly kicking us all up the ass. And my girlfriend has managed to pull me through, too. Thanks, Gemma.
But you don’t come here to read. That kind of stuff. You don’t come here to read, either. As far as the mod is concerned, we have made a fair bit of progress, but what with exams in every country now, this month has not been as productive as usual. But never fear, because nothing will stop this mod being the best. Except maybe Valve favouring CS beyond belief. Oh well, we’ll just have to prove that there is more to the mod community than realistic modern warfare. Oohh. I do believe that was a hint as to what our mod will be like. Or at least what it won’t be like.
Well, our mappers are mapping, our modellers are modelling (check out the characters page for more new screens) and our music people are either abducted or had their hard drives eradicated. I have been a little lazy, but I have reorganised the MP element of the mod to make it more fun, and am just about to redesign a lot of the older weapons, so keep checking for them!
