Slieinad: the secret planet

I once felt like writing a story so I did here it is “We have found the planet. there are no signs of life, We are good to go mission control”.”Copy that Alpha 1.” As the Alpha 1 lands voices emerge from the cockpit. “Yeehah Jimmy this calls for an Earth-like celebration bring out the Jelly Beans and Soda”. (They did this because it was a very long journey and it started when they were kids). As the sounds of Joy die down. The crew notice a clicking tapping noise on the roof of their ship. The sound was like that of a metal spider crawling over their roof. Suddenly from above their heads the steel alloy of the roof get’s slashed open and with a thumping smash, they turned to with terror to see some very large organic spider-like creatures. An hour after this event the Alpha 1 and it’s crew cease to exist. 10 000 years later A technological race called the Onihcet land on the same planet. They name it S’lieinad. They soon discover the spider-like creatures. They decide to call them the “Diionkara” . The Onihcet are able to defend themselves from the Diionkara by using Sniug guns. The Sniug guns can’t kill or disable the Diionkara, but they do stun them for a few hours and use relatively low energy. Nonetheless the Onihcet weren’t winning the war with the Diionkara, and there were some casualties. The Onihcet need something new, something different. There was one of them that was different from the rest , his name was Tniereffid. He was the key to their success. He was always doing strange things . For example one day Tniereffid was having problems with his repulsor pad. When suddenly a Diionkara jumped on him . He was so startled that he pressed the repulsor pad mini-trigger . He rocketed into the sky with the Diionkara clinging to his back. When he left the atmosphere he felt the Diionkara slowly freezing much to his pleasure . Suddenly he saw looming right in front of him an asteroid. It was all he could do to close his eyes . But amazingly he smashed right through the asteroid with barely any injuries. The Diionkara that was on him was, of course frozen and dead so he threw it off of him and headed back to the main base. Once he was there he told his companions about what had happened. They stared at him in bewilderment wondering how he could survive. But they put it aside and kept focused on the ongoing battle with the Diionkara . But they just couldn’t put all of the nagging questions out of their mind. Like “Why did Tniereffid survive?” and “if Tniereffid could kill a Diionkara then why can’t we?”. When suddenly it struck them that they could develop a gun that could shoot a repulsor pad onto the Diionkara’s belly then shoot it into the sky. So they got their scientists to design a gun like that. Within days of the invention the Onihcet warriors ridded the planet of the Diionkara. This was a great victory for the Onihcet. They could now build their own civilization in peace. But just as soon as they started building their new main city an interesting discovery occurred among the Onihcet scouting ranks. They had found the wreckage of a ship that seemed to be called the “ahipla 1” or “slieinad piihs”. But wasn’t Slieinad the name of their planet? So the scouts went back to their new main city called “Ytic” and consulted with the language experts. The language experts decided that it would be the best if they went with the scouts to the crash site. Once there the experts soon discovered that their language and whatever language the ship-dwellers possessed were very similar to the Onihcet language. The only difference was the ship’s language took the Onihcet words and turned them around and took out the mandatory “I” as a third letter. So the ship was actually called “Alpha 1” and “Daniel’s ship” . But they soon realized that it was them as the Onihcet that has based their language on the “Humans”. With this amazing discovery the Onihcet language experts knew the entire “Human” language . Their sniug guns were called “guns” by the “Humans”. Their newest city was really called “city”. the Diionkara were really “araknid”. The scouts and language experts soon went back to “city” with their new discoveries. * The officials thought that this was such an important matter that they should write a book about it and found it only fitting to write it in “English”. This is the story that you are now reading. We the Onihcet hope that you would enjoy reading this historical account of the goings and happenings of the planet Slieinad which isn’t really too much of a secret planet anymore.
