Who is the best rapper ?

 All the excitement of March Madness has stirred up another tournament quite similar to the one the NCAA holds except this tournament will include not college basketball teams but rappers.  The winning rapper will be decided by votes in the poll.  This bracket only includes solo rappers who are currently making albums, and they must be alive (sorry Biggie and Tupac).  When the tourney is over, another one will start which may include teachers or video games or anything requested.  

Just like the NCAA tournament, this rapper tournament is comprised of 64 rappers seeded 1-16 in four brackets.  The four regions are the West Side, the Dirty South, the Brooklyn Zoo, and the Midwest Swingaz.  Although a rapper is placed in a region, it does not necessarily mean he is from there.  It is just where he fits in.  Go Down for First and Second Round Results
