Merck Medicus --- A gateway to many free, full-text resources, including Harrison's Online, Dorland's Medical Dictionary, and the Cecil Textbook of Medicine . Requires a free registration process that includes entering a valid professional license number.
Wheeless' Textbook of Orthopaedics --- Online orthopedics text that was first published c. 1996. Fully browsable and searchable. Many of the disease monographs include links to articles in the journal literature. Also includes anatomical atlas of bones, muscles, joints, and nerves and information about medications that are commonly used in orthopedics.
