• Merck Medicus --- A gateway to many free, full-text resources, including Harrison's Online, Dorland's Medical Dictionary, and the Cecil Textbook of Medicine . Requires a free registration process that includes entering a valid professional license number.
• Podiatry Online ---Free discussion group and information resource for podiatrists. Also includes consumer health information on foot conditions.
• New York College of Podiatric Medicine Library --- Online catalog of a large podiatry library. To order copies of materials, please see the Bon Secours Hospital librarian. The New York College of Podiatric Medicine will copy up to 50 pages, and other libraries may lend copies of entire books.
• Wheeless' Textbook of Orthopaedics --- Online orthopedics text that was first published c. 1996. Fully browsable and searchable. Many of the disease monographs include links to articles in the journal literature. Also includes anatomical atlas of bones, muscles, joints, and nerves and information about medications that are commonly used in orthopedics.
