Flight Info to Nanning

We're here!! Finally!!! It only took 20 hours in the plane and 32 hours of traveling. We had a very good trip, but we are soooo tired and sleepy. We slept on the plane, but since we've been in China we've tried to stay awake so we can adjust to their time. We've been awake for about 20 hours now. Our eyes are so red, we look pitiful.

Nanning is a very pretty town. It's very green. They have lots of beautiful plants and flowers. We walked in the town this afternoon. They must be used to Americans here, because we didn't get many stares. They have a great number of motorcycles and scooters and they would run over you in a heartbeat! Our guide says this is a slow-paced town, but it didn't seem that way to me. Our guide's name is Cindy. She is so helpful and nice. She took us to Wal-Mart and Pizza Hut tonight. We had Chinese for lunch, and it was really good!

We found out today that we will meet Abbi tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. That's 3:00 a.m., on Monday our time. We are so excited and can't wait to see her tomorrow. Please pray with us that she will not have a tough time and will bond easily with us.

Drew, We miss you so much!! I hope you are having a good time. I've already started looking for the scroll that you wanted. Hopefully I will find one tomorrow. We love you so much. Daddy said to catch a big fish for him.

We haven't taken many pictures yet, but we have included a few here. One is the front of the hotel where we are staying. It's called "The Majestic".

The foyer is very grand and the pool is beautiful. Our room is nice. The beds are a little hard, but as tired as we are, I don't think it will make any difference. They put two baby cribs in the room. When we walked in and saw them we wandered if they knew something that we didn't. There was a pink one and a blue one, so we sent the blue one back. I'm sure Abbi will prefer the pink!!!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone. We love ya'll and miss you, we'll see you soon. I'll try to post tomorrow as soon as we get Abbi. I know that's what all of you are waiting for!! We'll try to include lots of pictures of her and tell you her size. I just can't wait. I brought pictures of you, Drew, so I'll introduce her to her big brother tomorrow, and we'll try to call so you can talk to her.
