Quit Smoking Stuff Page

I quit smoking on July 20, 1998 with the help of Zyban (Wellbutrin SR) and a tremendous group of people in a number of support groups that can be found below in my links. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself and I hope it is my final quit. It's grrrrrrreat!!

When I initially quit smoking, my greatest support came from the just4u board. It was "inhabited" by one of the most friendly, quitsmart group of people. The board was transferred to southbeachfriends dot com, which eventually died due to lack of Admin support. Now those nomad quitters have found a *new* home. Come on by for awesome support and fun
