West Jessamine coach Matt Hikens started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Isabella Lewis, 5-7 Sr. Ariana McLoney, 5-11 Sr. Kim Johnson, 5-4 Sr. Katie Mastin, and 5-5 So. Novalee Smith. Great Crossing coach Matt Walls countered with 5-8 Jr. Maya Custard, 5-5 Jr. Emery Corrigan, 5-9 Sr. Claire Tierney, 5-7 So. Kendall Kearney, and 5-7 So. Samantha Brown.
Great Crossing defeated West Jessamine 60-46 to capture the championship. Great Crossing shot 35.1% from the field including six of 19 from the three point line. The Lady Warhawks connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 14 West Jessamine turnovers. West Jessamine shot 35.4% from the field including four of 19 from beyond the arc. The Lady Colts connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored nine points off 10 Great Crossing turnovers.
Maya Custard led Great Crossing with 23 points including two three point baskets, five of seven free throws, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Samantha Brown added 10 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, and four assists. Kendall Kearney recorded nine points and three rebounds. Claire Tierney chipped in with seven points, 10 rebounds, and two steals. Emery Corrigan added seven points and two rebounds.
Kim Johnson led West Jessamine with 17 points including seven of eight free throws, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots. Isabella Lewis added 11 points. Ariana McLoney recorded nine points on three three point baskets, and three rebounds.
