Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 Sr. Brianna Wilkins, 5-7 So. Tahri Ralston, 5-10 Sr. Emma Zutterman, 5-3 Jr. Tootie Jordan, and 5-8 So. Riley Gilvin.

Sacred Heart Academy outscored South Laurel 20-7 in the third quarter on their way to a 65-46 victory. Sacred Heart Academy shot 37.9% from the field including five of 21 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 28 South Laurel turnovers. South Laurel shot 45.2% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on six of 16 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Sacred Heart Academy turnovers.

Tootie Jordan led Sacred Heart Academy with 15 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, five assists, and six steals. Brianna Wilkins added 11 points, seven rebounds, six assists,and four steals. Emma Zutterman recorded 11 points including five of six free throws and five rebounds. Riley Gilvin chipped in with 10 points, six rebounds, three assists, and four steals.

Peyton Mabe led South Laurel with 14 points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots. Maci Messer added seven points and two rebounds. Ryleigh Bretz recorded five points, eight rebounds, and twp blocked shots.

Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-3 Sr. Luke Asher, 6-4 So. Grayson Burton, 6-8 Sr. Allen Feldhaus, 5-10 Sr. Cam Steele, and 5-11 Sr. Will Richardson.

Madison Central outscored Bryan Station 21-5 in the final quarter to earn a 71-60 victory over the Defenders. There were 11 lead changes and nine ties in this game. Madison Central shot 50% from the field including seven of 20 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 18 of 32 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 10 Bryan Station turnovers. Bryan Station shot 39.3% from the field including six of 22 from beyond the arc. The Defenders connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 14 Madison Central turnovers.

Jake Feldhaus led Madison Central with 28 points including nine of 17 free throws, 16 rebounds, and two assists. Grayson Burton added 26 points including five three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, and four rebounds. Luke Asher recorded 13 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists.

The Colonels connected on 10 of 10 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 22 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lafayette led 59-51 with 52 seconds left in the game but had to survive a furious rally by Madison Southern to earn a hard fought 62-60 victory. There were five lead changes and seven ties in this game. Lafayette shot 42.9% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 20 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 53.1% from the field including eight of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Eagles connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 16 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.

There were 11 ties and 19 lead changes in the game. Lafayette shot 37.7% from the field including two of 23 from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on 10 of 28 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 25 East Jessamine turnovers. East Jessamine shot 40.8% from the field including five of 18 from beyond the arc. The Lady Jaguars connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.
