Elizabethtown 33  Washington County 7Berneil Cecil carried the ball 32 times for 235 yards including touchdown runs of 15, 7, 9, and 11 yards to lead the Panthers.

Lincoln County 22  Lexington Christian Academy 21 – Lincoln county rallied from a 21-3 halftime deficit to earn a come-from-behind victory.

Bowling Green 39  St. Xavier 25 QB Devin Hayes completed 15 of 27 passes for 303 yards including touchdown passes of 18, 75, 53, and 82 yards.

Highlands 62  Bryan Station 44 – Highlands led 55-14 at halftime.  Highlands’ QB Drew Houliston completed 15 of 22 passes for 311 yards and touchdown passes of 14, 23, 35, 12, 33, and 52 yards.  Bryan Station QB Ora Johnson completed 32 of 49 passes for 404 yards and four touchdowns covering 76, 7, 21, and 8 yards.

Madison Southern 34  Madison Central 27Damien Harris carried the ball 31 times for 315 yards and three touchdowns to lead the victors.

Lexington Catholic 48  Lafayette 28Reese Ryan completed 20 of 29 passes for 270 yards and four touchdowns to lead the victors.  Noah Mitchell carried the ball 16 times for 139 yards and two touchdowns and caught eight passes for 88 yards and a touchdown.  Lafayette was led by Kylan Nelson who caught a 10 yard TD pass, scored on a 6 yard run, and scored twice on kickoff returns of 89 and 90 yards.

Tates Creek 35  Perry County Central 12 Graham Gordon completed 12 of 18 passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns to lead the victors.

Franklin County 56  Oldham County 17Barrett Sanderson completed 15 of 19 passes for 333 yards and touchdown passes of 88, 6, 16, 52, and 47 yards to lead the victors.

Scott County 63  Pleasure Ridge Park 21 – Scott County carried the ball 36 times for 330 yards and five touchdowns.

Anderson County 35  South Oldham 20Ryan Martin ensured the victory with a 93 yard touchdown run with 1:23 left on the clock.

Paul Laurence Dunbar 54  Woodford County 6 – PLD rolled up 479 yards on the ground.  Emory Thompson carried the ball 11 times for 168 yards including touchdown runs of 46, 17, 24, 7, and 72 yards and AJ Williams carried the ball four times for 131 yards including TD runs of 75 and 28 yards.

Henry Clay 50  George Rogers Clark 0 Elijah Bell carried the ball 12 times for 205 yards and three touchdowns to lead Henry Clay.

Collins 24  Ballard 19Lawson Page threw two touchdown passes to lead Collins.

Mason County 44  Rowan County 15Rico Hill scored on touchdown runs of 64, 53, and 19 yards.

Belfry 21  Harlan County 12 – Belfry outscored Harlan County 14-0 in the second half.  Belfry ran for 307 yards on 36 carries.

Williamsburg 48  Pike County Central 26Dalton Sizemore completed 11 of 15 passes for 261 yards and four touchdowns.

Bourbon County 55  Breathitt County 14 – Bourbon County scored 28 points in the second half to take control of the game.

Simon Kenton 42  Conner 35Dillon Powell scored two touchdowns rushing, caught one touchdown pass, and added a kickoff return of 89 yards for another score to lead Simon Kenton.  QB Drew Barker led Conner with 28 of 44 passes for 356 yards and four touchdowns.

Boyle County 41  Danville 7Seph Burke carried the ball 18 times for 96 yards and two touchdowns and Josiah Robbins completed seven of 13 passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns to lead Boyle County.

Wayne County 42  Garrard County 15 – Garrard County led 15-0 but 6-0 225 pound Wayne County QB Tyler Guffey led Wayne County to victory.  Guffey completed 16 of 27 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns and carried the ball 14 times for 137 yards and three touchdowns.

Russell County 40  Casey County 6 – Russell County rolled up 463 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.

Pulaski County 57  North Hardin 35QB Riley Hall completed 18 of 27 passes for 238 yards and three touchdowns and carried the ball six times for 71 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.

Somerset 22  Southwestern 19Castle Hatcher led Somerset with 149 yards and a touchdown passing, 65 yards and a touchdown on the ground, and intercepted a pass to ensure the victory.  Somerset Fr. RB Jordan Doan carried the ball 21 tomes for 135 yards including a 62 yard touchdown run.

Lexington Christian Academy led 21-3 at halftime but Lincoln County rallied for a 22-21 victory.  LCA had a late chance for victory but missed a 20 yard field goal attempt in the closing seconds.  Lincoln County recorded 13 first downs and 154 yards of total offense.  The Patriots were penalized three times for 35 yards.  LCA recorded 12 first downs and 358 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized six times for 45 yards and lost two fumbles.

Marvin Robinson led Lincoln County’s ground game with 64 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries.  TJ Torres carried the ball 12 times for 35 yards.  Dalton Godbey completed five of 11 passes for 36 yards.  Justin Hubble completed three of four passes for 18 yards.  Trevor Gaines caught four passes for 34 yards.  Taylor Wilson led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles.  Connor Patterson added four solo tackles. 

Nick Whitman led LCA’s ground attack with 115 yards and a touchdown on six carries.  Dima Ballard completed 12 of 16 passes for 230 yards and a touchdown.  Colin Duzyk caught seven passes for 162 yards and a touchdown.  Nathan Brittain led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles.  Colin Duzyk added four solo and six assisted tackles.

Lexington Catholic rolled up 548 yard of total offense to overcome a great individual performance by Lafayette’s Kylan Nelson to earn a 48-28 victory.  Lexington Catholic recorded 28 first downs and 548 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized eight times for 84 yards and lost two fumbles.  Lafayette recorded 15 first downs and 161 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized six times for 38 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Noah Mitchell led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 139 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries.  Carter Gray added 44 yards on six carries.  Reese Ryan carried the ball six times for 42 yards.  Reese Ryan completed 20 of 29 passes for 270 yards and four touchdowns.  Noah Mitchell caught eight passes for 88 yards and a touchdown.  David Bouvier added six receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown. (Bouvier’s final reception of the game gave him 160 career receptions breaking the old record held by Wes Caldwell).  Sam Letton added four receptions for 55 yards and two touchdowns.  Marcelis Logan also caught four passes for 41 yards.  Chase Boling had a great night on defense and recorded eight solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 25 yards.  Boling also intercepted a pass which he returned 22 yards.  Braxton Couch added seven solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards.  Cody Mitchell added five solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss and one interception which he returned 29 yards.

Kylan Nelson led Lafayette’s ground game with 59 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.  Clay Bolin completed 12 of 26 passes for 94 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions.  Kylan Nelson caught four passes for 34 yards and a touchdown.  D. Jackson added three receptions for 32 yards.  Kylan Nelson also added two touchdowns on kickoff returns of 89 and 90 yards.  Mason Alstatt led the defense with eight solo and four assisted tackles.  Kylan Nelson added six solo and three assisted tackles.

Madison Southern claimed their first victory in four attempts over county foe Madison Central 34-27 before an overflowing crowd tonight.  Madison Central led 17-13 at the half but Madison Southern behind another stellar performance by RB Damien Harris rallied for the victory.  Madison Southern recorded 16 first downs and 458 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 50 yards, lost two fumbles, and had three passes intercepted.  Madison Central recorded 13 first downs and 289 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized five times for 55 yards and lost a fumble..

Damien Harris led the Madison Southern ground attack with 315 yards and three touchdowns on 31 carries.  Aaron Sloan completed five of 11 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown with three interceptions.  William Dean caught four passes for 90 yards and a touchdown.  Tyler Hagan led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles.  Aaron Sipple added two solo and six assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling four yards.  Andrew Devere recorded two solo and five assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards.

Korrion Crier led Madison Central’s ground game with 70 yards on eight carries.  Johan Williams carried the ball 18 times for 66 yards.  Zach Hardin completed six of nine passes for 70 yards and a touchdown.  Kameron Presnell completed two of eight passes for 72 yards and a touchdown.  John Williams caught three passes for 83 yards and a touchdown.  Caleb McClurg caught two passes for 27 yards and a touchdown.  Blake Gross led the defense with four solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards and recovered a fumble.  Keonta Googins added two solo and five assisted tackles.  Will Hinton intercepted three passes with return yardage of 99 yards including a 54 yard return for a touchdown.

Elizabethtown captured a road victory with a 33-7 victory over Washington County tonight as RB Berneil Cecil ran for four touchdowns.  Elizabethtown recorded 16 first downs and 319 yards of total offense.  The Panthers were penalized nine times for 80 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.  Washington County recorded 11 first downs and 225 yards of total offense.  The Commanders were penalized four times for 35 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Berneil Cecil led Elizabethtown’s ground game with 235 yards and four touchdowns on 32 carries.  Jack Wilson completed three of 13 passes for 35 yards with two interceptions.  Peyton Payne caught three passes for 35 yards.  Desmond Wiley led the defense with five solo and six assisted tackles.  Daniel Elder added three solo and 10 assisted tackles.  Thad Humphrey added three solo and two assisted tackles and scored on a 45 yard interception return.

Tylyn Byas led Washington County’s ground game with 109 yards on 15 carries.  Mor. Churchill completed eight of 15 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  Micah Devine caught four passes for 37 yards.  Colton Nolan caught a 30 yard touchdown pass.  Brent Young led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles.  Dill. Milburn and Evan Burkhead each intercepted a pass.

Henry Clay shutout  George Rogers Clark by a score of 50-0.  GRC was without the services of QB Luke Sharrock who suffered an injury last week.  Henry Clay recorded 16 first downs and 483 yards of total offense.  The Blue Devils were penalized six times for 56 yards.  George Rogers Clark recorded eight first downs and 134 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized four times for 18 yards, lost three fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Elijah Bell led Henry Clay’s ground game with 205 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries.  Joquise Buford carried the ball four times for 118 yards and a touchdown.  DA Jones recorded 65 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries.  Sammy Carter completed seven of 14 passes for 116 yards.  Gunner Kelly caught four passes for 63 yards.  Colby Barnes added two receptions for 45 yards.  Nathan Moore led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards.  Lakwon Givens added three solo and six assisted tackles.

Shawn Wilhite led George Rogers Clark’s ground game with 67 yards on 17 carries.  Brent Stoneking completed two of six passes for 19 yards with one interception.  Skylar True and K. Blanton each caught a pass for 11 and eight yards respectively.  Christian Cooke led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a 14 yard loss.  Johnny Jarrett added three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 13 yards.  Micah Benevides also recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards.

Dunbar dominated play tonight in a 54-6 victory over Woodford County.  Dunbar recorded 20 first downs and 500 yards of total offense.  The Bulldogs were penalized six times for 51 yards and had two passes intercepted.  Woodford County recorded seven first downs and 149 yards of total offense.  The Yellow Jackets were penalized four times for 30 yards, lost three fumbles, and had two passes intercepted.

Emory Thompson led Dunbar’s ground game with 168 yards and five touchdowns on 11 carries.  AJ Williams carried the ball four times for 131 yards and two touchdowns.  Cam Pergram recorded 76 yards on 11 carries.  Darien Hardaway carried the ball nine times for 53 yards and one touchdown.  Emory Thompson completed one of six passes for 21 yards with two interceptions.  Cam Pergram caught one pass for 21 yards.  Derante Sanders led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 13 yards and recovered a fumble.  Ladar. Morton added two solo and one assisted tackles and recovered a fumble.

Dalton Rose led Woodford County’s ground game with 36 yards on 14 carries.  Kainan Hudson completed four of eight passes for 90 yards and one touchdown with one interception.  Trey Thurman was zero of 11 with one interception.  Hagan Selby caught two passes for 12 yards.  Kaine Maxberry caught a 61 yard touchdown pass.  Logan Hart led the defense with three solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards.  Travis Rogers added three solo and three assisted tackles.

Tates Creek improved their season record to 3-0 with a 35-12 road victory over Perry County Central.  Tates Creek recorded 17 first downs and 390 yards of total offense.  The Commodores were penalized four times for 31 yards and had two passes intercepted.  Perry County Central recorded 15 first downs and 277 yards of total offense.  They were penalized once for five yards.

Casey Grimes led Tates Creek’s ground game with 75 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries.  Graham Gordon completed 12 of 18 passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions.  RJ Taylor caught four passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns.  Jaren Shelby added four receptions for 87 yards and a touchdown.  TaVon Dunn caught three passes for 34 yards.  Eamon Nasr led the defense with six solo and eight assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards.  Clint Boyte added five solo and three assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Jacob Czarnecki chipped in with four solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards.

Devan Brewer led Perry County Central’s ground game with 89 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries.  Nathan Pray carried the ball 18 times for 54 yards and a touchdown.  Nathan Pray completed 10 of 29 passes for 121 yards.  John Toomer caught four passes for 52 yards.  Tyler Fugate also caught four passes for 39 yards.  Jordan Combs led the defense with six solo and two assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards.  Josh Garry added four solo and four assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.

The score was tied 14-14 after three quarters but Anderson County  held a 21-6 advantage in the final quarter to earn a 35-20 victory over South Oldham.  Anderson County recorded 15 first downs and 431 yards of total offense.  The Bearcats were penalized five times for 36 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.  South Oldham recorded 17 first downs and 382 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 11 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Ryan Martin led Anderson County’s ground game with 104 yards and a touchdown on six carries.  Zach Carmichael completed 13 of 24 passes for 249 yards and two touchdowns with one intercepted.  Ross Cox caught four passes for 75 yards and a touchdown.  Dusty Puckett added four receptions for 63 yards and a touchdown.  Brayden Russell caught three passes for 72 yards.  Tristin Ashburn led the defense with four solo and nine assisted tackles.  Brayden Russell added five solo and two assisted tackles.  Darius Harvey chipped in with two solo and one assisted tackles and scored on a 48 yard interception return.

Kevin Kuriger led South Oldham’s ground game with 82 yards on 10 carries.  Chase Lightfoot carried the ball 11 times for 32 yards and a touchdown.  Chase Lightfoot completed 11 of 22 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.  D. Coach Jim McKee’s Scott County juggernaut continues to roll with a 63-21 victory over Pleasure Ridge Park tonight.  PRP rolled up 467 yards but suffered six turnovers tonight.  Scott County recorded 18 first downs and 421 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized five times for 56 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Pleasure Ridge Park recorded 26 first downs and 467 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 30 yards, lost four fumbles, and had two passes intercepted.

Noah Hughes led Scott County’s ground game with 158 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries.  Keith Guy carried the ball five times for 89 yards and a touchdown.  Theo Price added 86 yards and three touchdowns on nine carries.  Clay McKee completed six of 11 passes for 91 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.  Scott Daniel caught four passes for 43 yards and a touchdown.  Clark Griffith caught two passes for 48 yards and a touchdown.  Grayson Miller had a big night on defense with nine solo and four assisted tackles with four of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 19 yards and intercepted a pass.  J. McKeethan added six solo and two assisted tackles.  Brad Caldwell scored on a 29 yard interception return.  Palmer Ward continues his stellar play with nine of nine points after touchdowns, eight of 10 touchbacks on kickoffs, and three punts for a 40.3 average.

Delvon Dunn led PRP’s ground game with 131 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries.  Kameron Taylor carried the ball 13 times for 71 yards and a touchdown.  Blake Byerly completed 14 of 23 passes for 300 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions.  Deshan Rushin caught six passes for 168 yards.  Malik Walker added six receptions for 119 yards and a touchdown.  J. Jefferson led the defense with four solo and three assisted tackles.  Dalton Gentry added four solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.
