HIGH POTENTIAL/BLUE-CHIP CAMP & RECRUITING SERVICE
P.O. BOX 155
SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY 40165

 Players, Coaches, Parents and Fans:

Over 220+ players attended the July 14-18 session of the 34th annual High Potential/Blue-Chip Basketball Camp at Georgetown College in Georgetown (KY) and there were some surprises! The Camp MVP honor went to 6-3 senior Chris Porter-Bunton of Bowling Green Warren Central (KY) while the Camp RU-MVP was shared by 6-5 senior Isaac Merian of Oak Ridge (TN) and 6-2 senior Trey Boyd of Louisville Manual (KY) who was also the Slam-Dunk champion.  All three of these players are legit D-1 sleepers.  The camp's top underclassman was 6-3 junior Isaiah Johnson of  2013 state champion, Richmond Madison Central (KY). Other impressive performances came from 6-2 senior Jemichael Blanton (Trotwood Madison, OH); 6-2 junior Peyton Woods (Wayne County, KY); 6-3 soph Phil Bledsoe (Wheeling Park, WV); 6-2 senior Latrelle Irvin (Marion County, KY); 6-3 senior Jorge Gomez (Lakeland, FL); 6-5 senior Gage Klitz (Payson Seymour, IL); 6-1 soph Justin Longstreet (Lithonia M.L. King, GA); & 6-8 junior Jared Roberts (Evansville Memorial, IN).  In the junior high division, keep your eyes on the following youngsters: 5-11 frosh Jordan Wright (Pikeville Shelby Valley, KY); 5-8 frosh Sam Norton (Mooresville Christian, IN); and 6-6 freshman Tyler Games (Michigan City, IN).  5-6 freshman Jaronte Boyd (Michigan City, IN) will be a good one with growth at the point guard slot.
