Lexington Catholic 21  Bell County 7 – QB Kyle Bolin completed 17 of 31 passes for 213 yards and three touchdowns with an interception to lead the Knights to victory.

John Hardin 44  Henry Clay 27 – John Hardin outscored Henry Clay 22-6 in the second half.  Patrick Anderson threw TD passes of 30, 57, 19, and 9 yards to lead John Hardin.  Wade Holtsclaw led the ground game with 163 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Elijah Bell led Henry Clay with 190 yards on 10 carries including TD runs of 62 and 57 yards.

Lafayette 55  Mason County 6 – Kylan Nelson scored on punt returns of 81 and 87 yards to spark the Generals.

Franklin County 62  Nelson County 41 – QB Logan Woodside completed seven of 10 passes for 302 yards including TD strikes of 53, 65, 57, and 58 yards to lead the Flyers to victory.

Scott County 46  Seneca 14 – Kevo Edwards carried the ball 16 times for 148 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Cardinals.

Tates Creek 28  West Jessamine 9 – Tates Creek outscored West Jessamine 21-0 in the second half.  Graham Gordon completed 15 of 19 passes for 205 yards and a touchdown to lead the Commodores.

Elizabethtown 23  Ft. Knox 15 – Josh Williams carried the ball 42 times for 236 yards and a touchdown and scored on a 90 yard kickoff return to lead the victors.

Lexington Christian Academy 13  Christian Academy of Louisville 12 – Dima Ballard threw TD passes of 5 and 19 yards to Justin King to lead LCA.  Christian Academy of Louisville scored a late touchdown but failed to convert on a two point conversion attempt.

Pleasure Ridge Park 50  Fairdale 7 – PRP raced out to a 50-0 halftime lead.

Central 29  Manual 7 – QB Tae’Shawn Gibbs scored on runs of 2 and 21 yards and scored on a 93 yard kickoff return to lead the Yellowjackets.

Trinity 52  Brentwood Academy (TN) 23 – QB Travis Wright completed 21 of 31 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns; James Quick caught eight passes for 116 yards and a touchdown, and Dalyn Dawkins carried the ball 1 times for 122 yards to lead the Shamrocks to victory.

Corbin 13  George Rogers Clark 12 – Matthew Jewell ran for 165 yards and two touchdowns and the Redhound defense stopped George Rogers Clark at the Corbin 1 yard line late in the game.

Highland 52  Boyle County 31 – Boyle county led 24-15 at halftime but Highlands depth prevailed in the second half.  QB Donovan McCoy carried the ball nine times for 100 yards and four touchdowns and Zach Harris added 112 yards on 19 carries to lead the victors.  Seph Burke carried the ball 28 times for 162 yards to lead Boyle County.

Lincoln County 35  Casey county 23 – Logan Martin ran for 153 yards including TD runs of 28, 2, 18, and 14 yards to lead the victors.  Alex Bolin carried the ball 20 times for 196 yards and two touchdowns to lead Casey County.

Warren Central 42  Mayfield 28 – QB Michael Bush threw TD passes of 10, 54, and 7 yards to lead the victors.

Male 48  Floyd Central (IN) 7 – Male rolled up 668 yards of total offense in their victory.

Madison Central 42  Boone County 33 – Dominique Hawkins led the victors with 132 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries.  Ken’Jah Bosley caught two touchdown passes and scored on a 77 yard interception return.

Madison Central held on to defeat Boone County 42-33 in a high scoring affair.  Both teams lit up the scoreboard in the first half with Madison Central holding a 33-24 lead at halftime.  The second half was a bit more pedestrian with Madison Central clinging to a 36-33 lead in the closing seconds.  Madison Central’s Ken’Jah Bosley settled the issue with a 77 yard interception return for a touchdown with 11 seconds remaining on the clock.  Madison Central recorded 15 first downs and 281 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized 12 times for 86 yards.  Boone County recorded 20 first downs and 378 yards of total offense.  The Rebels were penalized 10 times for 82 yards. lost a fumble, and had three passes intercepted.  

Dom. Hawkins led the Madison Central ground game with 132 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries.  Hunter Stocker completed six of 15 passes for 57 yards and two touchdowns.  Ken’Jah Bosley caught four passes for 65 yards and two touchdowns.  Tucker Fair led the defense with eight solo and three assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.  Daniel Guy added five solo and one assisted tackles.  Brandon Parks, Keonta Goggins, and Jimmy Curry each recorded four solo and two assisted tackles.  Ken’Jah Bosley was named game MVP.

Mustafa Diaw led Boone County’s ground game with 74 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries.  Blake Ingolia carried the ball 15 times for 66 yards.  Casey Boston recorded 51 yards on five carries.  Blake Ingolia completed nine of 23 passes for 160 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions.  Jeremiah Williams caught four passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns.  Alex McGarr added two receptions for 41 yards.  Jamar Lamb led the defense with four solo and three assisted tackles.  Ian Grimes and Aaron Floyd added three solo and two assisted tackles each.

Southwestern defeated Letcher County Central by a score of 24-20.  The two teams combined for seven lost fumbles and 167 penalty yards and Letcher County Central was held to -44 yards on the ground on 15 carries.  Southwestern recorded 19 first downs and 344 yards of total offense.  They were penalized 12 times for 115 yards and lost three fumbles.  Letcher County Central recorded 10 first downs and 208 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 52 yards and lost four fumbles.

Logan Campisano led Southwestern’s ground game with 143 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries.  Jordan Maggard carried the ball 20 times for 70 yards.  Austin Smiddy completed three of six passes for 91 yards and a touchdown.  Devon Baker caught two passes for 85 yards and a touchdown.  Wyatt Karter led the defense with three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 10 yards.  Karter also recovered a fumble.  Jesse Meece also recorded three solo and one assisted tackle.  Lucas Brewer added three tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 24 yards.  Logan Campisano was named game MVP.

Hunter Hall led Letcher County Central’s ground attack with six yards on eight carries.  Zane Blair completed 10 of 20 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns.  Keaston Hall caught seven passes for 180 yards and three touchdowns.  Nick Mullins led the defense with nine solo and three assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 10 yards.  Mullins also recovered a fumble.  Hunter Hall added five solo and five assisted tackles.  Chris Tyree recorded seven solo and two assisted tackles.

Elizabethtown trailed 15-7 at halftime but rallied in the second half to defeat Ft. Knox by a score of 23-15.  Elizabethtown recorded 14 first downs and 249 yards of total offense.  The Panthers were penalized 11 times for 65 yards, lost three fumbles, and had two passes intercepted.  Ft. Knox recorded aix first downs and 217 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized eight times for 62 yards and lost a fumble.

Josh Williams led the Elizabethtown ground game with 236 yards and a touchdown on 42 carries.  Austin Campbell completed three of seven passes for nine yards with two interceptions.  Nathan Cleary caught two passes for 13 yards.  Dalton Swank led the defense with four solo and five assisted tackles.  Josh Williams added three solo and four assisted tackles.

Anton Copeland led Ft. Knox’s ground game with 94 yards and a touchdown on nine carries.  Brand. Franklin added 65 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries.  Brand. Franklin complated five of 20 passes for 63 yards.  Anton Copeland caught three passes for 47 yards.  Andrew Stanley led the defense with eight solo and four assisted tackles.  Brand. Lexington Catholic’s defense forced three fumbles and made a couple of key defensive stops to defeat a tough, determined Bell County team by a score of 21-7.  The key play came late in the first half on fourth-and-five from the Bell County 24 Bell County’s Hayden Gilbert was dropped for a seven yard loss by LexCath’s Mike Lynch and the Knights took over on the Bell County 17 yard line.  Kyle Bolin then found Braxton Couch in the endzone for a 17 yard touchdown with 1:16 left in the half.  There was a bad snap on the conversion attempt but Bolin threw for the two point conversion to Nathan Burke to make the score 15-7 at halftime.  Lexington Catholic had another key defensive stand in the third quarter as Bell County took over on their own one yard line and drove all the way to the Lexington Catholic four yard line before Bell County QB Corey Oslonian was sacked for a nine yard loss on a fourth-and-three play by Alex Nash.

Lexington Catholic recorded 14 first downs and 281 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized nine times for 92 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Bell County recorded 18 first downs and 268 yards of total offense.  They were penalized twice for 23 yards and lost three fumbles.

Amoh Kumengisa carried the ball 11 times for 30 yards for the victors and Marcelis Logan added 30 yards on four carries.  Kyle Bolin completed 17 of 31 passes for 213 yards and three touchdowns with one interceprion.  David Bouvier caught nine passes for 100 yards and one touchdown.  Sam Letton and Braxton Couch caught TD passes of 46 and 17 yards respectively.  Kairon Snowden and Nick Foster led the defense in tackles with six solo and one assisted tackle each.  Alex Nash had a big night on defense with six solo tackles with four of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 20 yards and recovered a fumble. 

Jonathan Polly led Bell County’s ground game with 79 yards on 17 carries.  Ryan Collett carried the ball 21 times for 65 yards and a touchdown.  Corey Oslonian completed six of nine passes for 152 yards.  Tyler Green caught three passes for 51 yards.  Dylan Cox added two receptions for 72 yards.  Corey Lee led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an eight yard loss.  Justin Warwick recorded five solo tackles.  William Elliott and Dylan Cox each added four solo tackles.

West Jessamine led 9-7 at halftime but Tates Creek scored 21 unanswered points in the second half to earn a 28-9 victory.  Tates Creek recorded 15 first downs and 346 yards of total offense.  The Commodores were penalized four times for 21 yards and lost a fumble.  West Jessamine recorded 18 first downs and 329 yards of total offense.  The Colts were penalized five times for 25 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Dennis Oxendine led Tates Creek’s ground game with 70 yards and a touchdown on five carries.  Casey Grimes carried the ball 11 times for 47 yards and a touchdown.  Graham Gordon completed 15 of 19 passes for 205 yards and a touchdown.  Tavon Dunn caught five passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.  R.J. Taylor added three receptions for 28 yards. Eamon Nasr led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles.  Zach Hinds added eight solo and one assisted tackle.

Devin Taylor led West Jessamine’s ground game with 127 yards on 27 carries.  Ryan Horne completed six of eight passes for 83 yards with one interception.  Devin Taylor completed his only pass for 75 yards and a touchdown.  Carter Hahn caught three passes for 40 yards.  Robby Irgang added two receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown.  Devin Taylor led the defense with five solo and one assisted tackle.  Hunter Knuckles added four solo and two assisted tackles.

Lafayette dominated tonight in a 55-6 victory over Mason County.  They were sparked by the special team play of Kylan Nelson who scored on punt returns of 81 and 87 yards.  Lafayette recorded 20 first downs and 415 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized 16 times for 124 yards and lost a fumble.  Mason County recorded 10 first downs and 148 yards of total offense.  The Royals were penalized nine times for 63 yards.

Darius Hughes led Lafayette’s ground game with 60 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Kylan Nelson carried the ball twice for 28 yards.  Garrett Peavler completed 13 of 16 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns.  Darius Hughes caught four passes for 65 yards.  Brandon Epps  added three receptions for 79 yards.  Tranard Chester caught three passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.  Nathan Oakley added two receptions for 29 yards and a touchdown.  Justin Carr led the defense with one solo and 11 assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling four yards.  Noah Brown added one solo and six assisted tackles.

Rashaun Nelson led Mason County’s ground game with 58 yards on 16 carries.  Jake O’Mara completed 10 of 19 passes for 54 yards.  Carson Fearis caught two passes for 31 yards.  Trae Lofton led the defense with three solo and six assisted tackles and recovered a fumble.  John Buchanan added two solo and five assisted tackles.  Will Griffith recorded three solo and three assisted tackles.

John Hardin led 22-21 at halftime and pulled away in the second half for a 44-27 victory over Henry Clay.  John Hardin recorded 18 first downs and 460 yards of total offense.  They were penalized 10 times for 112 yards.  Henry clay recorded 14 first downs and 362 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 26 yards and lost a fumble.

Wade Holtsclaw led the John Hardin ground game with 163 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Jalen Fleming carried the ball 13 times for 43 yards and a touchdown.  Pat. Anderson completed six of 11 passes for 174 yards and four touchdowns.  Dorian Collins caught four passes for 146 yards and two touchdowns.  Garrett Ray led the defense with six solo and five assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 24 yards.  Eric Avant added three solo and five assisted tackles.  Domonick Brown recorded one solo and eight assisted tackles.

Elijah Bell led Henry Clay’s ground game with 190 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries.  Sammy Carter completed three of five passes for 29 yards.  Rhoman James completed three of three passes for 79 yards and a touchdown.  Elijah Bell caught three passes for 18 yards.  Logan Gross caught an 82 yard touchdown pass.  Anthony Lindsey led the defense with four solo and eight assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 22 yards.  Tommy Norman added two solo and four assisted tackles.
