Rockcastle County coach Chrysti Noble started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Taylor King, 5-10 Sr. Macy Spivey, 5-11 Jr. Kaylee Smith, 5-7 Sr. Ella McKinney, and 5-8 Jr. Tessa Begley. Great Crossing coach Matt Walls countered with 5-8 Jr. Maya Custard, 5-9 Sr. Claire Tierney, 5-8 Jr. Janiah Williamson, 5-6 So. Kendall Kearney, and 5-6 So. Samantha Brown.

Rockcastle County trailed 49-46 after three quarters but rallied in the final quarter for a 71-64 over Great Crossing. There were seven lead changes and eight ties in this game. Rockcastle County shot 43.4% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Rockets connected on 20 of 30 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 43.4% from the field including eight of 22 from beyond the arc. The Lady Warhawks connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 15 Rockcastle County turnovers.

Taylor King led Rockcastle County with 37 points including three three point baskets, eight of eight free throws. Eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Macey Spivey added 21 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Maya Custard led Great Crossing with 29 points including two three point baskets, seven of seven free throws, and three steals. Claire Tierney added nine points and 13 rebounds. Samantha Brown recorded nine points on three three point baskets. Kendall Kearney chipped in with eight points, six assists, three blocked shots, and two steals.
