Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup; 5-10 Fr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Fr. Kia Sivils, 5-10 Jr. Lydia Taylor, 5-4 Sr. Ashley Johnson, and 5-7 Jr. Meghan Colley.  Butler coach Larry Just countered with 5-10 Jr. Allison Just, 5-10 Jr. Micaiah Bowden, 5-11 Sr. Miah Casey, 5-6 So. Breia Torrens, and 5-9 So. Jaelynn Penn.

Butler defeated Sacred Heart Academy by a score of 58-54.  Butler shot 46.7% from the field including one of eight from the three point line.  The Bearettes connected on 15 of 23 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 14 Sacred Heart Academy turnovers.  Sacred Heart Academy shot 43.5% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Butler turnovers.

Micaiah Bowden led Butler with 11 points and six rebounds.  Jaelynn Penn added 10 points and seven rebounds.  5-8 So. Janna Lewis recorded nine points, six rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.  5-5 So. Teri Goodlett chipped in with seven points and five rebounds.  Breia Torrens also scored seven points.

Grace Berger led Sacred Heart with 15 points and six rebounds.  Ashley Johnson added 14 points, five rebounds, and four steals.  5-4 Fr. Kiki Samsel chipped in with 12 points.
