Trinity coach Mike Szabo started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Jax Levitch, 6-5 Sr. Christian Thieneman, 6-10 Sr. Ray Spalding, 6-3 Sr. Michael Stafford, and 6-4 Sr. Daniel Ramser.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-3 Sr. Colby Barnes, 6-1 Jr. Isaiah Tisdale, 6-5 Jr. Jordan Houston, 5-9 Sr. Dakhari Campbell, and 6-0 Sr. Felix Wilson.

Henry Clay led 46-43 after three quarters but Trinity rallied to earn a 62-53 victory.  The score was tied three times and there were four lead changes in the game.  Trinity shot 45.1% from the field including nine of 21 from the three point line.  The Shamrocks connected on seven of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 10 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 40.8% from the field including four of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Trinity turnovers.

Christian Thieneman led Trinity with 19 points including five three point baskets.  Daniel Ramser added 16 points including two three point baskets.  6-2 Sr. D’Angelo West chipped in with 11 points and three steals.  Raymond Spalding recorded 10 points, 16 rebounds, and four blocked shots.

Isaiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 18 points and five rebounds.  Jordan Houston also scored 18 points and pulled down four rebounds.  Houston was nine of 10 from the field.  Dakhari Campbell chipped in with eight points.  Felix Wilson recorded seven points, five rebounds, and 10 assists.  Colby Barnes pulled down nine rebounds.
