Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Darius Williams, 6-2 So. Taveion Hollingsworth, 6-5 So. Dontell Brown, 6-0 Jr. Jordan Lewis, and 6-1 Sr. PJ Corio.  Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III countered with 6-2 Sr. Lucky Jackson, 5-10 So. Jajuante Carpenter, 6-5 Jr. Ross Jenkins, 5-9 Jr. Jaelin Jenkins, and 6-0 Jr. Harrison Lane.

Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated Lafayette by a score of 66-62.  Lafayette led 12-0 to start the game and led 29-25 at halftime.  Dunbar shot 45.2% from the field including six of 11 from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 22 of 30 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 58.5% from the floor including six of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Dunbar turnovers.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 31 points including five three point baskets and four rebounds.  Taveion Hollingsworth added 21 points, six rebounds, three assists, and four steals. 

5-9 Jr. TJ Downey led Lafayette with 18 points including two three point baskets.  Harrison Lane added 13 points including two three point baskets.  Ross Jenkins recorded nine points, five rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Lucky Jackson and 6-1 Jr. William Watkins each recorded eight points and four rebounds.
