Mercy Academy Keith Baisch started the following lineup: 6-0 So. Elizabeth Anderson, 5-8 Jr. Erin Muthler, 6-0 Sr. Malerie Martin, 5-4 Jr. Jessica Laemmle, and 5-7 Sr. Hannah Bewley.  Dunbar coach Sarah Bridenbaugh countered with 5-10 sr. Nicole Armstrong, 5-10 So. Autumn Herriford, 6-0 Sr. Merissa Marrow, 5-4 Fr. MaShayla Cecil, and 5-4 Jr. Ezzy Ighodaro.

Mercy Academy defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar by a score of 62-47.  Mercy shot 42.8% from the field including six of 17 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 22 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 43.9% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 12 Mercy turnovers.

Malerie Martin led Mercy Academy with 22 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Hannah Bewley added 13 points.  Elizabeth Anderson chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.  Jessica Laemmle recorded six points, four rebounds, five assists, and four steals.

Ezzy Ighodaro led Dunbar with 15 points including three three point baskets and four rebounds.  MaShayla Cecil added 12 points.  Merissa Marrow recorded six points, eight rebounds, and three steals.  Nicole Armstrong pulled down nine rebounds.
