Caldwell vs. Letcher Central

Letcher Central dominated this game holding Caldwell to -54 yards of total offense in a 30-0 victory. Letcher Central recorded 15 first downs and 299 yards of total offense. They were penalized 12 times for 121 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted. Caldwell recorded one first down and -54 yards of total offense. They were penalized five times for 44 yards and lost three fumbles.
N. Sargent led Letcher Central’s ground attack with 89 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries. Gregory Kincer carried the ball four times for 84 yards and a touchdown. J. Sargent added 56 yards on six carries. N. Sargent completed four of 12 passes for 36 yards with one interception. Matthew Baker caught two passes for 20 yards. Matthew Baker led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 18 yards. Malcolm Bailey added three solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a 12 yard loss. Cody Austin recorded two solo tackles and recovered a fumble he returned 13 yards. N. Sargent added two solo tackles which resulted in losses totaling 24 yards.
Caleb Burden led Caldwell’s ground game with 10 yards on two carries. Joby Jaggers completed five of 10 passes for three yards. Trel Riley caught two passes for nine yards. Trel Riley led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles. Gabe East added three solo and three assisted tackles. Caleb Burden recorded three solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss.
