Hopkinsville coach Tim Haworth started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Jordan Majors, 6-2 So. Jaqualis Matlock, 6-5 Jr. Jamonte Davis, 6-1 Sr. T.J. Elam, and 6-2 So. Tra Edwards.  Graves County coach Terry Birdsong countered with 6-3 Jr. Peyton Puckett, 6-3 Jr. Zach Kimbler, 6-3 Jr. Jake Williams, 5-10 Sr. Mason Beale, and 6-2 Sr. Tyler Starkey.

Hopkinsville defeated Graves County 50-34 in a game in which neither team could find the range from the field.  The score was tied 27-27 after three quarters and Graves County trailed 36-32 in the final quarter but Hopkinsville finished the game on a 14-2 run.  Hopkinsville shot 30.6% from the field including two of 13 from the three point line.  The Tigers connected on 18 of 27 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 18 Graves County turnovers.  Graves County shot 25.5% from the field including three of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on five of six free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored four points off 10 Hopkinsville turnovers.

Jordan Majors led Hopkinsville with 17 points and nine rebounds.  Jaqualis Matlock added 13 points, 10 rebounds, and five steals.  Jamonte Davis chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds.  T.J. Elam recorded nine points and five rebounds.

Peyton Puckett led Graves County with 19 points including three three point baskets and seven rebounds.
