Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Rachel Blake, 5-8 Sr. Octavia Wilson, 5-9 So. Caroline Lynch, 5-4 Sr. Sara Cawood, and 5-3 So. Bailey Browning.  Pendleton County coach Scott Collins countered with 5-6 So. McKayla Manor, 5-8 Sr. Ashten Wolfe, 5-10 Jr. Taylor McClanahan, 5-6 So. Isabella Hall, and 5-6 Sr. Brandi Boden.

Lexington Catholic trailed 21-11 after the first quarter but rallied for a 67-51 victory over Pendleton County.  Lexington Catholic shot 46.2% from the field including eight of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 11 of 16 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 17 Pendleton County turnovers.  Pendleton County  shot 33.3% from the field including eight of 28 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cats connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Octavia Wilson led Lexington Catholic with 21 points including three three point baskets, 11 rebounds, and four steals.  Rachel Blake added 16 points.  5-5 Jr. Suzanne Miller chipped in with nine points.

McKayla Manor led Pendleton County with 14 points including four three point baskets.  Brandi Boden added 13 points including three three point baskets.  6-1 Sr. Heather Jolley recorded eight points and nine rebounds.
