Madison Southern coach Shane Buttry started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Aaron Ponder, 5-11 Jr. Chris Roberts, 6-2 Jr. Brandon McGuire, 5-11 So. Michael Rothermel, and 5-9 Sr. AJ Jeck.  West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley countered with 6-4 Sr. Dylan Pohl, 6-2 Sr. Brandon Hager, 6-5 Jr. Sean Donaldson, 5-8 Sr. David Martin, and 5-11 Fr. Will Henderson.

West Jessamine outscored Madison Southern 20-3 in the third quarter on their way to a 68-46 victory.  West Jessamine shot 61.9% from the field including two of eight from the three point line.  The Colts connected on 14 of 26 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Madison Southern turnovers.  Madison Southern shot 35.2% from the field including eight of 33 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles missed  on all three of their free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored seven points off 13 West Jessamine turnovers.

Dylan Pohl led West Jessamine with 22 points and seven rebounds.  Pohl was seven of 10 from the field including one of one from beyond the arc, and seven of 11 from the free throw line.  Sean Donaldson added 18 points and 12 rebounds.  Donaldson was nine of 11 from the field.  5-9 Sr. Cameron Watts chipped in with 10 points.

Aaron Ponder led Madison Southern with 22 points including four three point baskets.  AJ Jeck and Chris Roberts each recorded eight points.
