Bryan Station coach Michael Allen started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Loran Smith, 6-2 Sr. Deon Renfro, 6-3 So. Larry Morton, 5-9 Sr. Tim Brown, and 6-0 Jr. Marcus Williams.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-4 Jr. Tamron Manning, 6-2 Jr. Isaiah Ivey, 6-4 Sr. Tanner Shotwell, 5-10 So. Quin Richardson, and 6-0 Sr. Trey Relford.

Bryan Station led 40-28 early in the third quarter but Scott County rallied for a 72-64 victory.  Scott County shot 42.6% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 27 of 35 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 40.8% from the field including eight of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 16 of 24 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 20 Scott County turnovers.

Tanner Shotwell led Scott County with 24 points.  Shotwell was seven of 12 from the field including one of two from the three point line and nine of nine from the free throw line.  Tamron Manning added 12 points, four rebounds, five assists, and six steals.  Isaiah Ivey chipped in with 11 points and six rebounds.

Larry Morton led Bryan Station with 29 points and eight rebounds.  Morton was nine of 16 from the field including four of seven from the three point line, and seven of nine from the free throw line. 5-9 Sr. Otis Webb and Loran Smith added 11 and 10 points respectively.
