Boyle County rolled up 473 yards on the ground in a 45-35 victory over Lexington Catholic.  Boyle County recorded 19 first downs and 593 yards of total offense.  The Rebels were penalized six times for 60 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Lexington Catholic recorded 23 first downs and 427 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized three times for 20 yards.

Devon Cox led Boyle County’s ground game with 245 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries.  Chris Cook carried the ball 13 times for 99 yards.  Lamar Dawson carried the ball eight times for 88 yards and two touchdowns.  Devon Hale completed four of 13 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.  Blake Mason caught a 72 yard touchdown pass and Chris Cook caught a 20 yard touchdown pass.  Zach Hester led the defense with 10 solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling nine yards.  Paul Megilligan added nine solo tackles and one assisted tackle.  Lamar Dawson recorded eight solo and one assisted tackles.

Kyle Bolin led Lexington Catholic’s ground attack with 47 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries.  Bolin completed 28 of 43 passes  for 349 yards and two touchdowns.  Adam Bush caught 11 passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns.  Luke Fish added eight receptions for 62 yards.  Nate Letton caught five passes for 64 yards.  Billy Jack Brown led the defense with five solo tackles.  Alex Nash added four solo and one assisted tackles.  Kurt Wilhelmus and Adam Wachs each recorded four solo tackles.
