Lexington KY January 21st  - Henry Clay held a 58-47 lead early in the final period and held off a Bryan Station rally down the stretch to defeat the Defenders 73-70.  This was the first Henry Clay victory over Bryan Station in four years.

Henry Clay shot 43.4% from the field including seven of 13 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 20 of 31 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 12 points off Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 41.7% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 13 Henry Clay turnovers.

6-0 Sr. Prince Stewart led Henry Clay with 23 points including thee three point baskets and five assists.6-3 Sr. T.J. Barnes added 14 points and 10 rebounds. 6-1 So. Trey Stewart recorded six points and 13 rebounds.  5-8 Jr. Marquel Johnson also scored 14 points including four three point baskets.  6-2 Sr. Charles Ashford led Bryan Station with 29 points.  6-0 Jr. Joe Fain and 6-3 Sr. Jeremiah Mabson added 13 and 12 points respectively.
