Bryan Station (12-2) vs. Paul Dunbar (9-1) (Boys)

Bryan Station defeated Paul Dunbar tonight by a score of 80-61.  Bryan Station took a 17-10 lead after the first quarter but Paul Dunbar rallied to tie the score at 17-17.  However Bryan Station rallied to take a 34-28 lead at halftime.  Bryan Station outscored the Bulldogs 23-12 in the third quarter to take control of the game.  Bryan Station shot well from beyond he arc tonight (7 of 16) and held a 21-6 advantage in three point points.

Bryan Station shot 44.3% from the field including seven of 16 from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds and scored 16 points off 14 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 30.1% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 15 of 26 free throws, pulled down 55 rebounds and scored nine points off 10 Bryan Station turnovers.

6-2 Sr. Charles Ashford led Bryan Station with 25 points, 13 rebounds and five assists.  6-0 Jr. Joe Fain added 14 points including three three point baskets.  6-3 Sr. Jeremiah Mabson chipped in with 10 points.  6-8 Sr. Tyler Rogers led Dunbar with 19 points, seven rebounds and six blocked shots.  5-11 Sr. Nick Hudson added 17 points.  6-6 Jr. Bryce With recorded eight points, 19 rebounds and eight blocked shots.  6-2 So. Lamont Johnson chipped in with seven points and 11 rebounds.
