Christian Academy of Louisville 58 Mercy Academy 53 (Semifinal) - CAL outscored Mercy 19-7 in the final quarter to earn a 58-53 victory.  Clair Buchanan led CAL with 23 points including 6 three point baskets.  Allison Karst added 13 points.  Antonita Slaughter chipped in with 9 points and 10 rebounds.  Malisa Cruz led Mercy with 18 points including 4 three point baskets.  Juliann Miller added 12 points.

DuPont Manual 60 Lexington Catholic 51 (Semifinal) - Manual pulled away late in the final quarter to earn the victory.  Avery Jones led the victors with 21 points and 9 rebounds.  April Wilson added 12 points.  Danielle Corbett and Maggie Wilson led Lexington Catholic with 12 and 11 points respectively.

DuPont Manual 62 Christian Academy of Louisville 57 (Championship) - Manual's April Wilson scored 13 points in the final quarter to lead the Lady Crimsons to victory.  Wilson led the victors with 18 points.  Avery Jones added 11 points and 10 rebounds.  Antonita Slaughter led CAL with 23 points.  Clair Buchanan added 14 points including 4 three point baskets and pulled down 8 rebounds.  Allison Karst chipped in with 10 points.

Lincoln County 58  Owensboro Catholic 28 - Keira Henderson led Lincoln County with 16 points and 12 rebounds.  Jessica Upchurch also scored 16 points.  Becca Greenwell led Owensboro Catholic with 9 and 6 rebounds.

Newport Central Catholic 45 Southwestern 37 - Courtney Sandfoss led NCC with 11 points.  Stephanie Salyers led Southwestern with 17 points and 11 rebounds.  Danay Fothergill added 10 points.

Elizabethtown 55 Simon Kenton 47 - Dorian Downs led the victors with 17 points including 5 three point baskets.  Alex Jones added 14 points and 10 rebounds.  Chelsea Tolliver led Simon Kenton with 21 points and 5 rebounds.

Sacred Heart Academy 66 Madisonville-North Hopkins 46 - Autumn Miller led SHA with 14 points.  Morgan Clemons added 14 points and 10 rebounds.  Jackie Hafele chipped in with 10 points.  Tayla Foster led Madisonville-North Hopkins with 24 points and 10 rebounds.

Conner 61 Breathitt County 49 - Allison Long and Gela Haynes led Conner with 22 and 14 points respectively.  Kendall Noble led Breathitt County with 23 points, 8 rebounds, 6 blocked shots, and 5 steals.

Highlands 57  Assumption 53 - Katie Allen led Highlands with 16 points.  Bekah Towles added 12 points and 11 rebounds.  Natalie Horner chipped in with 11 points.  Molly Ernst led Assumption with 21 points including 4 three point baskets.  Sara Minogue added 12 points and 8 rebounds.

Montgomery County 64 Butler 40 - Mackenzie Lee led the victors with 30 points including 4 three point baskets.  Tiara Hopper led Butler with 13 points and 9 rebounds.
