You have been working for the XYZ Company for two years - ever since graduating from college. You sit at a desk each day answering the phones, writing reports, and gathering information - you are a sales assistant. While you do earn a good salary, get good benefits, and only work a 40 hour week, you do not feel challenged. You have also heard that the XYZ salespeople spend very little time at their desks, travel, make their own hours, and earn between $50,000 and $150,000 a year. You want a job as a salesperson.
Your boss has just informed you that because of your good attitude and work ethic, you will be considered for the sales position. You must take a personality test and then show your knowledge of the sales process by making a mock sales presentation before the sales managers. You are pumped! You are going to ask your friends to help you prepare for the presentation!
