Emily May Wiggins

There is so much to say about Emily that I don't quite know where to start. She's smart and funny and talented and sweet and caring and a great listener (even though she's deaf) and overall a really wonderful, dedicated christian and friend. I met her in a marching band in 97 and lost touch after tour ended, but then we sortof ran over each other this summer and so now we've caught up and talk like there's no tomorrow. She listens when I am sad and I listen when she's sad (which isn't often). Whenever it seems that my world is falling apart Emily shows up with a huge grin and open arms and then things just don't seem so bad. I never feel like I could quite express to her how much I appreciate the friendship she has shown me. All I can say is, "Thank you, Lord, for sending me one of your angels to watch over me."
