Mick is a fully insured US Coast Guard 100 Ton Master Captain with an Able Seaman Unlimited Merchant Mariner's Z-Card and Homeland Security TWIC Credentials. The Captain has years of experience guiding in Central Florida during the winter spawn. He owns a fishing charter business and a marine towing rescue and salvage company on Lake Champlain. He’s also a freelance outdoor sports writer who has published fishing articles in the Lake Champlain Weekly, the Plattsburgh Press Republican, the New York Outdoor News and Florida's Coastal Angler Magazine. Mick has fished on Lake Champlain with Champion bass anglers like Scott R. Martin and David Dudley. He's also guided for numerous other notable professional fishermen, club anglers and tourists alike who go north to sample the smallmouth and largemouth bass virtues of northern New York and Vermont in the Lake Champlain region. He's guided tourists and local anglers of all skill levels in Central Florida as well. He's been featured on several Lake Champlain regional television shows and in various fishing articles from the inaugural issue of Vermont's Great Outdoors Magazine to USA Today. |
