Please read all of this information carefully, giving
consideration to each section. Upon submitting your website
for evaluation you must agree to the following. |
Statement:
� You agree that you have read this programs eligibility and
requirements pages and you believe that both you and your
site qualify for review.
� You agree to keep your website maintained to the standards
under which you have submitted your site.
� You agree that while I display your site in my winners
area you will not link or add any undesired content as
described on our requirements page.
� You agree to notify Shasta's Shack of any changes to your
sites location (url).
� You agree to provide me with correct and true information to
the best of your knowledge.
� You agree to allow Shasta's Shack to keep your name, email,
site url, submission date and score (if successful) as a
confidential permanent record. See our privacy policy for
more details.
� You agree that for the purpose of notifying you as to who has
won an Award we will contact you through
a the email address provided.
� You agree that you will not modify or tamper with the award
graphic in any way without my permission.
� You agree not to post the award on any other website or
location other than the one specified in your application form.
� You agree to fill in all mandatory fields of the submit form. |

Re-applying:
If your last submission was rejectedand you want to re-apply there is a 60 day waiting period from
your last submission. During this period it is vital that you make substantial
improvements to your site. Re-applying before the 60 day period
may result in a ban from any future submission requests.All
re-applications are subject to down grading. |
