Overview:
The repercussions of the Sabbat attack two weeks early are felt throughout the Kindred of Windsor. The Prince and the Brujah Elder seem to be at odds with each other over how the attack and it's aftermath were handled. To reinforce this point the Brujah Elder does not appear at court. The Prince openly shows his displeasure with many members of the city. A conflict over who actually rescued the Toreador Primogen during the attack becomes more prevalent.
Jacob Palmer (Brujah Primogen), Carter Treveylan (Tremere Scourge) and Joseph Fleet (Malkavian Neonate) receive status for their deeds in the Sabbat attack and covering it up afterwards. Pietr William Watt (Nosferatu Assistant Harpy) is stripped of status for the "Billy incident" at Windsor Mall during the attack. Nicholas Lune (Nosferatu Primogen) is also stripped of status because the Prince holds him responsible for his clan members actions. Luca (Gangrel Primogen) strips his clanmate Quentin Wu of status for his questionable behavior over the past weeks. Public apologies were made by various members of the city and several new Kindred are acknowledged.The Prince brings a staked body with him to court and states that this individual was caught by his SRTs trying to enter Windsor. After being revived the vampire is found to be a Ventrue by the name Francois D'Anjou and the Ventrue quickly vouch for him. A descendant of Hardestaadt's bloodline, Francois had built quite a reputation during the Anarch Revolts as being ruthless and dedicated to exterminating anarchs and was know as "The Anarch Killer".
The Ventrue present a gift to the Prince in the form of a large amount of weapons and armor to outfit the response teams that are to be formed to deal with future Sabbat attacks. The Prince is pleased with this and declares that the boon owed to him by all the Ventrue in Windsor has been repayed. Lucian Adams (Ventrue Primogen) grants his Whip, Francesco Baracca, status for coordinating the gathering of this gift so quickly and efficiently.
Earl Morrison (Brujah Sheriff) announces that he has appointed two new deputies, Bob Von Fricken of Clan Malkavian and Mike Sharp of Clan Brujah, to assist in filling out the response team he will be leading.
Many meetings are held, both among the officials and their individual clans. An incident occurs at the Nosferatu's entrance into Elysium concerning a "flooding" problem. Aidan Sweeneys' (Toreador Keeper of Elysium) ghoul, Diego, nearly has a nervous breakdown cleaning up the mess that is tracked into Elysium. The Prince goes down into the sewers to resolve the problem and returns with Nicholas Lune (Nosferatu Primogen) and two severed arms a short while later. The Lune publically apologizes to Aidan Sweeney and the Prince slashes him across the chest with his claws and orders him not to heal the wound for two weeks as punishment.
